FEI Helios NanoLab 600i microscope with Kleindiek MM3A-EM micromanipulators, controlled by microscope PC connected to Keithley 2400 Source Meter, has been used in our experiments. Due to limited space only several examples of FIB/SEM processes that have been conducted are presented here. They proof the great advantage of this technology in modifying single structures in short time.

Mikroskop FEI Helios600i wraz z mikromanipulatorami Kleindiek MM3A-EM oraz urządzenie Keithley 2400 zostały użyte w naszych eksperymentach. Z powodu ograniczonego miejsca przedstawiono jedynie kilka przykładów procesów z wykorzystaniem technologii FIB/SEM. Największą zaletą tej technologii jest możliwość modyfikacji pojedynczej struktury w krótkim czasie.

In this work the construction of experimental setup for MEMS/NEMS deflection measurements is presented. The system is based on intensity fibre optic detector for linear displacement sensing. Furthermore the electronic devices: current source for driving the light source and photodetector with wide-band preamplifier are presented.

W przedstawionej pracy opisano konstrukcje źródeł prądowych o zoptymalizowanych parametrach (stabilność temperaturowa 0,6 µA w aplikacji z laserem DFB 1,3 µA (ang. Distributed Feedback Laser). Dodatkowo zaprezentowano wyniki i technikę pomiarów precyzji opracowanej konstrukcji.

The current source for supplying laser diode used in fiber optic interferometer is presented in this article. The converter U/I is used as the current source. The temperature stability of main potentials and current of source were measured for the best temperature stability of current. There were used elements with various TCR.
