W artykule omówiono wybrane rozwiązania materiałowe, takie jak nawierzchnie z elementów ażurowych. Szczególną uwagę skupiono na kostce brukowej z nanokrystalicznym dwutlenkiem tytanu (TiO2). Przedstawiono wybrane właściwości tych wyrobów oraz techniczne i ekonomiczne aspekty popularyzacji tej technologii.

In this article, some selected material solutions such as openwork surfaces has been discussed. Particular attention is focused on brick with nanocrystalline titanium dioxide (TiO2). Selected properties of these products and technical and economic aspects related to popularization of this technology has been shown.

W artykule przedstawiono szczegółową charakterystykę defektów wibroprasowanych elementów betonowych stosowanych w mostownictwie, takich jak m.in. kostka brukowa, obrzeża, krawężniki. Zaproponowano klasyfikację defektów uwzględniającą przyczynę ich wystąpienia i intensyfikacji. Omówiono najczęstsze przyczyny degradacji oraz ich wpływ na trwałość i estetykę wykonanej nawierzchni. Ponadto zaproponowano kierunek optymalizacji technologicznych zapewniających możliwość przeciwdziałania określonym defektom i wskazano, które z nich mogą wynikać z niewłaściwego składu ilościowego i jakościowego mieszanki oraz przebiegu procesu produkcyjnego, a które są zjawiskiem całkowicie normalnym i niejednokrotnie przejściowym.

This article presents a detailed characterization of defects of vibropressed concrete elements used in bridge building industry, such as: paving, curbs and watercourses. Authors proposed classification of defects with regard to their causes. These causes of degradation has been discussed and the impact on durability and aesthetics has been assessed.Authors proposed technological solutions for prevention of specified defects. It has been shown, which of them can be the result of improper quantitative and qualitative mix composition, and which are perfectly normal and often transient occurrence.

W artykule przedstawiono badania dodatków mineralnych stosowanych w produkcji wibroprasowanych elementów betonowych. Oprócz powszechnie stosowanych w fabrykach galanterii betonowej dodatków, czyli mikrokrzemionki i popiołów lotnych, omówiono modyfikację struktury betonu odpadem w postaci pyłów pochodzących z produkcji kruszyw łamanych. Jest to dodatek zdobywający obecnie coraz większą popularność.

In this paper, the analysis of mineral additives used in production of vibropressed concrete decoration elements has been presented. In addition to the commonly used additives such as fly ash andmicrosilica, modification of structure with powder from aggregate dedusting has been discussed.This additive is actually gaining increasing popularity.

In the paper on the base of case study of manufacturing process in civil engineering firm and available domain literature one can proof that applied computing solutions for manufacturing production support are not fully used in practice of enterprise management. There were describe some aspects of unusual usage of computer methods to support block machines and manufacturing moulds management by creation a number of appropriate measures and indexes. In the paper one can presented potential possibilities of the computing system. Namely, in the frame of introduced computing system statistical data concerning single shifts of a given product can be grouped and on this base one can conclude about productivity and manufacture quality. However currently, elements concerning recording a number of empty tops or tops including products not satisfying norms are omitted. Taking attention that shift report is closed before final evaluation of product quality there is no possibilities to complete mentioned above analysed data. Hence, information on a level of products quality, productivity and efficiency is not enough. So, computer programme will be not fully used and its simple modification in this scope is hardly possible. Positive example for usage of IT for CEG-TOR management is supporting management with block machines begin crucial technological elements. It is made through especially dedicated software application. Introduced system enables a comparison of life time of block machines and evaluation of quality of their performance by manufacturers. Received information is used during negotiations with suppliers concerning successive purchases of block machines. So, the findings let conclude that it could be justified to develop some of introduced in CEG-TOR firm tools towards their better adjustment for decision making needs under its specific organizing and technical circumstances what let use more effectively generated reports through the management staff.
