Zinc oxide derived from processing of the slime obtained in an industrial process of electrolytic zinc obtaining was leached with the aqueous sulfuric acid solution. The effect of temperature and time on the extent of leaching was determined. The conditions lead to zinc recovery of about 90%. It was found that the extent of arsenic leaching did not depend upon the time and temperature of leaching. Next the conditions of the solution purification procedure were determined. It was found that jarosite formation as well as the degree of arsenic removal is connected with trivalent iron concentration in the solution.

W artykule przedstawiono wyniki obliczeń i pomiarów oddziaływania odbiorów nieliniowych zainstalowanych w Zakładach Górniczych .Lubin. na jeden z podstawowych parametrów jakościowych energii elektrycznej jakim jest odkształcenie napięcia sieci zasilającej w punkcie przyłączenia do sieci dostawcy energii, z uwzględnieniem oddziaływania dostawcy energii (poziom tła). Na podstawie obliczeń i pomiarów podano wartości odkształcenia napięcia zasilającego w miejscu rozliczenia energii między dostawcą i odbiorcą, wskazując przyczynę znacznego przekroczenia tej wielkości w odniesieniu do wymagań przepisów.

The article refers to calculating and measuring the influence of non-linear receptions installed at LUBIN Mining Plants on one of the basic qualitative parameters of electric energy, which is the distortion of supply network voltage at the point of connecting energy supplier to the network, with regard to the energy supplier influence (background level). On the basis of calculation and measurement, the values of supply voltage distortion at the point of power settlement between the supplier and the buyer are given. A reason of significant exceeding of this quantity in relation to the rules requirements is pointed out.
