Reviewed are the results of dynamic rotor characteristics research, that is modal rotor out-of-balance caused by change of supporting scheme. It is revealed that the change of supporting section slightly exert on the value of residual modal out-of-balance. Based on the received results a modal rotor balancing execution is offered, for the rotors with magnet bearings, in set with magnet blushings in boost-balancing stand on sliding bearings, off-centered from the section of magnet bearing.

Reviewed are the results of complex dynamic characteristics research of the natural gas centrifugal blower rotor, installed on tilting-pad and elliptical bearing. The results of calculated and experimental research are compared. The peculiarities of tilting-pad bearing properties are explained. Based on the received results the algorithm of diagnostics of the tilting-pad bearing is given.

Reviewed are the results of calculated research of cracked rotor deformation. It is shown that the motion path of the cracked rotor has certain peculiarities, that is the double loop in particular. This fact explains the signal type of rotor vibration in vertical direction, the appearance of high-frequency oscillations in rotor vibration, including doublefrequency in level direction. Received calculated results are compared to the experimental results. Based on the received results the algorithm of cracked rotor diagnostic is given.
