Przedmiotem artykułu są zagadnienia związane z zarządzaniem zasobami w przedsięwzięciach budowlanych typu „kompleks operacji”. Zawarto w nim systematykę procesu zarządzania zasobami o różnych strukturach, metodykę postępowania organizacyjnego w planowaniu pracy i kierowaniu realizacją prac przez zasoby czynne. Zasoby te są przedmiotem szczególnego zainteresowania planistów i wykonawców robót budowlanych, decydują o efektywności prowadzenia budów, są ograniczeniem potencjału przedsiębiorstwa budowlanego. W pracy przedstawiono również proces gospodarowania zasobami biernymi (materiałowymi).

The topic of this article is resource management in „complex of operations” construction projects. It contains the systematics of the process of managing resources with different structures, the methodology of organizational procedures in planning work and managing the implementation of work by active resources. These resources are of particular interest to planners and contractors of construction works, they determine the effectiveness of construction, they limit the potential of a construction company. The process of passive resources management (material resources).

W artykule przedstawiono różne aspekty budowy konstrukcji żelbetowej parkingu wielopoziomowego jako rozwiązanie zadania dyplomowego na studiach magisterskich na Wydziale Budownictwa Mechaniki i Petrochemii Politechniki Warszawskiej. Autorka artykułu w pracy dyplomowej inżynierskiej zaprojektowała konstrukcję parkingu w technologii monolitycznej żelbetowej z elementami prefabrykowanymi (w płytowo-belkowo-słupowym układzie konstrukcyjnym), a w pracy magisterskiej przedstawiła różne zagadnienia związane z realizacją takiego obiektu. Prace dyplomowe autorki łączą zagadnienia konstrukcyjno-materiałowe z technologicznymi i z organizacyjnymi. Przedstawiono w nich konstrukcję żelbetową obiektu, projekty deskowań, technologiczne warunki wykonywania robót, problemy mechanizacji robót betonowych i montażowych, rzeczowo-czasowe analizy wykonania procesów budowlanych z harmonogramem budowy. Wykorzystano przy tym współczesne możliwości wspomagania analiz projektowych – programy komputerowe oraz nowoczesne techniki i standardy prowadzenia robót budowlanych.

The article presents diffrent aspects of the reinforced construction of a multi-storey car park as a solution to the diploma thesis at The Faculty of Civil Engineering, Mechanics and Petrochemistry at the Warsaw University of Technology. The author of the article in the engineering diploma thesis designed the construction of a car park in monolithic reinforced concrete technology with prefabricated elements (in a slab-beam-column structure), and in the master’s thesis presented diffrent issues related to the implementation of this object. The author’s diploma theses merge construction and materials with technological and organizational issues. They present the reinforced construction of the building, formwork designs, technological conditions for the performance of works, problems of mechanization of concrete and assembly works, material and time analyzes of the construction processes with the detailed schedule. Modern possibilities of supporting design analyzes were used with computer programs and modern techniques and standards for carrying out construction works.

Przedmiotem publikacji jest problem wspomagania przedsiębiorców budowlanych w ocenie ryzyka podjęcia kontraktu budowlanego na wykonanie robót budowlanych. Autorzy przedstawili istotę pojęcia ryzyka, wyniki badania zagrożeń występujących w procesach inwestycyjno-budowlanych przedsięwzięć budownictwa drogowego oraz zaproponowali nowe dynamiczne podejście do oceny i ograniczania ryzyka. Podejście to będzie podstawą do opracowania systemu doradczego dla przedsiębiorstw rozważających podjęcie zamówienia na wykonanie robót budowlanych w aspekcie ryzyka podjęcia tego zamówienia – w pracy przedstawiono zarys takiego systemu.

The paper concerns the problem of supporting construction entrepreneurs in assessing the risk of taking up a construction contract for the execution of construction works. The authors described the clue of risk in road construction projects, presented the results of a study made on hazards occurring in road construction projects, and proposed a new dynamic approach to risk assessment and reduction. This approach will be the basis for the development of an advisory system for enterprises considering taking up a contract for construction works in terms of the risk of taking this contract - the paper presents an outline of such a system.

The article presents ways to search for the optimal composition of an assembly of machines/set of resources to perform a set of construction processes on separate work fronts, distinguishing the technological order of their execution and without distinguishing the technological order of execution. The method of approach to the problem is subordinated to the scheduling technique using cost estimates, in particular data on material inputs for the performance of work processes and unit costs of these outlays. In the optimization models, the cost and time criteria were used, providing fl exibility in the formulation of preferences by the planner.
