Publikowany artykuł to podsumowanie wiedzy na temat bezpieczeństwa technologicznego transportu kołowego. Uwzględnia stosowane w tym zakresie przepisy i dokumenty regulujące pracę pojazdów technologicznych. Wyszczególnia czynniki i działania wpływające na ich bezpieczeństwo, z których najważniejsze to: stan techniczny pojazdów technologicznych, sposoby przeprowadzania kontroli i przeglądów technicznych, czynności obsługowych itp. Porusza zagadnienia dotyczące kwalifikacji kierowców. Opisuje zagrożenia i sposoby ochrony przed nimi na stanowisku kierowcy pojazdów technologicznych.

Road transport in the gypsum mine Kopalnia Gipsu „Leszcze” S.A. is an important element of the technology process. Its advantages include: flexibility, versatility and the possibility of separate deposit exploitation. The main factors and measures affecting its safety include: technical condition of process vehicles, methods of vehicle control and technical review, maintenance activities and drivers' competence. The exploitation of deposit in the mine is carried out at two levels, on two operating floors, and therefore the landslide and scaling hazards are present there as well as the risks related to operation in the vicinity of embankment edges and sidewalls and to the use of process machinery and equipment. Protection against landslide hazards involves marking and fencing of danger zones, observation of landslides and drainage of rainwater from the vicinity of danger zones, while the protection against hazards arising from rockslides and operation in the vicinity of embankments and slopes consists in marking of safety zones, control of sidewalls and mechanical framing of rock sidewalls. In the prevention of risks associated with the use of machinery and equipment the most important elements include: compliance with instructions and operation and maintenance documentation, personnel competence as well as technical and organisational measures of protection against electric shock . Rules on the use and maintenance of vehicles are governed by the "Maintenance Regulations", setting out, among other things, control policies for vehicle technical performance, responsibility for their condition and cooperation of drivers and operators of excavators, loaders and bulldozers.

The following article presents a specific issue of semantic analysis of texts in natural language – text indexing and describes one field of its application (web browsing). The main part of this article describes a computer system assigning a set of semantic indexes (similar to keywords) to a particular text. The indexing algorithm employs a semantic dictionary to find specific words in a text that represent a text content. Furthermore, it compares two given sets of semantic indexes to determine similarities between texts (assigning a numerical value). The article describes the semantic dictionary – a tool essential to accomplish this task and its usefulness, the main concepts of the algorithm, and the test results.
