This study introduces a robust strategy for regulating output voltage in the presence of false data injection (FDI) attacks. Employing a hierarchical approach, we disentangle the distributed secondary control problem into two distinct facets: an observer-based resilient tracking control problem and a decentralized control problem tailored for real systems. Notably, our strategy eliminates the reliance on global information and effectively mitigates the impact of FDI attacks on directed communication networks. Ultimately, simulation results corroborate the efficacy of our approach, demonstrating successful voltage regulation within the system and proficient management of FDI attacks.

Inorganic-organic compound flocculant of PFS-quaternary ammonium cation-modified starch composite flocculant was prepared by etherification and compounding method, with corn starch, sodium hydroxide (NaOH), cationic etherifying agent 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (CHPTMA), polymeric ferric sulfate (PFS) as raw materials. The best preparation conditions were the rate of PFS and quaternary ammonium cation-modified starch mass 4:1, pH of the solution 2, temperature 60 °C, and the reaction time of 4 h. The factors were ranked according to the influence degree as follows: mass ratio > reaction time > pH > temperature. The flocculant prepared under optimal preparation conditions was applied to the treatment of oily sludge in the oil field. When pH of the oily sludge–flocculant mixture was 7 and the dosage at 110 mg/dm3, the deoiling rate of the oily sludge reached 82.25%, which was an effective conditioning flocculant for oily sludge. SEM analysis showed that the mechanisms of flocculant were mainly net catching and adsorption bridging action. Thermo-gravimetry (TG) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) analyses showed that crude oil and bound water were removed by the composite flocculant.

This paper studied the effect of laser welding technology on dissimilar metal welding joints of TA15 titanium alloy and Inconel 718 nickel-based alloy. The research results indicate that the laser welding of TA15 titanium alloy and Inconel 718 nickel-based alloy directly was difficult to form well, which due to the intermetallic compounds caused the joint brittle. When the pure Cu foil was used as the filling layer, the quality of the welding joints can be improved effectively. The experimental results also indicate that there were brittle intermetallic-compounds in the laser welding seam, and the laser power had an important influence on the performance and mechanical properties of the dissimilar metal joint. The maximum average tensile strength of the welding joint of 2300 W was increased to 252.32 MPa. Scanning electron microscope(SEM) results show that the fracture morphology was river pattern, a typical morphological of cleavage fracture, and the mode was brittle fracture.
