Celem niniejszej pracy było określenie czy sposób przenoszenia bagażu podręcznego wpływa na aktywność wybranych mięśni szkieletowych. W tym celu badana była aktywność tych mięśni w czasie chodu z odpowiednio dobranym sposobem obciążenia. Podczas analizy wyników zauważono, że niesymetryczne przenoszenie bagażu powoduje zwiększoną aktywność badanych mięśni oraz wzrost asymetrii w działaniu mięśni po prawej i lewej stronie ciała.

The aim on this study was to determine if and how different way of carrying hand baggage influence on selected skeletal muscles. For this purpose, the activity of these muscles was studied during gait with the appropriate load method. During the analysis of the result it was noted that asymmetric hand luggage increased the activity of the examined muscles as well as asymmetry in muscular activity on the right and left side of the body.

Purpose: The aim of the present study was to evaluate the influence of modified morphological parameters of the muscle model and excitation pattern on the results of musculoskeletal system numerical simulation in a cerebral palsy patient. Methods: The modelling of the musculoskeletal system was performed in the AnyBody Modelling System. The standard model (MoCap) was subjected to modifications consisting of changes in morphological parameters and excitation patterns of selected muscles. The research was conducted with the use of data of a 14-year-old cerebral palsy patient. Results: A reduction of morphological parameters (variant MI) caused a decrease in the value of active force generated by the muscle with changed geometry, and as a consequence the changes in active force generated by other muscles. A simulation of the abnormal excitation pattern (MII variant) resulted in the muscle’s additional activity during its lengthening. The simultaneous modification of the muscle morphology and excitation pattern (MIII variant) points to the interdependence of both types of muscle model changes. A significant increase in the value of the reaction force in the hip joint was observed as a consequence of modification of the hip abductor activity. Conclusions: The morphological parameters and the excitation pattern of modelled muscles have a significant influence on the results of numerical simulation of the musculoskeletal system functioning.

Celem pracy była analiza chodu osób z porażeniem połowiczym po udarze mózgu. Dokonano porównania wybranych parametrów lokomocji osób z porażeniem do chodu osób zdrowych, a także kończyny po stronie porażonej i nieporażonej. Analizie poddano 10 osób, w tym 4 kobiety i 6 mężczyzn. Wyniki badań przedstawiono na tle rezultatów chodu z naturalną prędkością młodych, zdrowych osób, stanowiących grupę porównawczą.

The aim of this paper was to analyse the gait of people after stroke with hemiplegia and make comparision with the health people’s walk. Gait parameters obtained for paralyzed limb were compared with those obtainted for health one. Ten people after strokes with hemiplegia, including 4 women and 6 men, were taken into consederation. The results were presented on the background of the walk of the young, health people who were the reference group.

System obejmuje swoim zakresem praktycznie wszystkie procesy zachodzące w przedsiębiorstwie, począwszy od prezentacji oferty firmy, zarejestrowania zapytania ofertowego i skalkulowania jego wartości, po wystawienie faktury klientowi. Zaprezentowany system może być podstawą do stworzenia podobnych systemów na zlecenie różnych podmiotów działających na rynku poligraficznym.

This paper presents an IT system supporting web printing house. The system was created for owner of Top Druk Company. The system takes care of al most all processes in the enterprise, from introducing company's offer, by registering inquiry and calculating its value, to invoicing a client. The presented system can be the base for similar systems created for other graphic arts enterprises.

Przypomniano pojęcie informacji patentowej i najważniejsze definicje oraz przepisy jakimi się ona kieruje. Przedstawiono zawartość baz patentowych wykorzystywanych w Ośrodku Informacji Naukowej, Bibliograficznej i Patentowej Biblioteki Głównej Wyższej Szkoły Oficerskiej im. Tadeusza Kościuszki we Wrocławiu (od 1994). Podano przykład strategii wyszukiwania informacji patentowej, scharakteryzowano użytkowników i zadania, które trzeba wykonać w najbliższej przyszłości.

Idea of patent information and its rules were recalled. The content of patent databases being in use at Scientific, Bibliographic and Patent Information Centre of Main Library in Military College in Wrocław, was presented. The example of searching strategy in patent information was given, and also the users and tasks, which have to be done in the nearest future was characterized.
