Currently every innovation, but in particularly innovation based on knowledge, comes into being and is practical applicated under strong pressure of the uncertainty of the succes. A knowledge of the sources of the possible hazards, professonalism of the menagement, but in particularly checking of the risk being a hit of the innovation and turbulent environment, can decide about its success.

Managers of different organization have to expect that unpredictable situation which threaten existence of whole organization would happen. Sources of critical situation are very wide and they can be internal or out of organization. Preparations should be done for managing with turbulent environment. Every critical situation has own individual feature, but there is possibility to group crisis into characteristic critical situations. Presented typology prepares better for crisis symptoms recognition and for realization each step of crisis management as well.

Menedżerowie różnych organizacji muszą liczyć się z możliwością wystąpienia nieoczekiwanych sytuacji mogących zagrozić bytowi całej organizacji. Źródła sytuacji kryzysowych są bardzo rozległe i mogą być to zdarzenia wewnętrzne jak i wynikać z otoczenia organizacji. Do działania w warunkach turbulentnego otoczenia należy się przygotować. Każda sytuacja kryzysowa ma swoje indywidualne cechy, ale istnieje możliwość ich pogrupowania. Przyjęta typologia pozwala lepiej przygotować się zarówno do rozpoznania symptomów nadchodzącego typu kryzysu jak i do realizacji poszczególnych faz zarządzania kryzysowego.

It is four years since the Communications Systems Exploitation Department was created. It took over most tasks of specialised and command training from the Military Academy of Communications - disbanded on the decree of the Polish Parliament. The successive officers graduated from the Electronic Faculty at the Military University of Technology. The aims and tasks of the Communications System Exploitation Department (KESR) have been presented in the article. The evaluation of achievements and problems to solve has been conducted. The practical training system of KESR cadets, in the Division of Communications Equipment and Systems Combat Use, has been discussed. Didactic materials and cadets’ practical training organisation at communications training fields have been presented.

The article deals with the analysis of co-ordinate systems used currently in both Polish and foreign (mainly western) military systems. The analysis particularly shows the indications of applied co-ordinate systems that require elimination or, at least, diminishing in the future air defence system. The carried out analysis has been the basis to work out a coordinate system that is likely to eliminate faults of systems applied so far and, at the same time, will not cause additional ones. The suggested global co-ordinate system is a solution for the future that agrees with world tendencies.

The theory of projection of radar information zone is not a new problem. However, the most popular method used to verify the parameters of radar information zone has been so far the time consuming and expensive “flight round” method. The way to use the state-of-art computer technologies for the projection of radar information zone has been presented in the article. The way to precise real range of radar location has been thoroughly discussed. Attention has been drawn to these factors that influence essentially the size of radar location zone and the purposefulness of which has been checked and confirmed in practice - both during exercises and in research.
