The paper presents the application of diagnostics of mechatronics systems with a noise. Three-step DC-engine is the model of the investigation. Fuzzy logic methods are using for building the decision block without a noise. The noise is medley of two source: first source is a white noise; second source is medley of a white noise and noise of the real engine. The wavelet transform is using for de-noising of medley signal-noise.

W artykule przedstawiono diagnostykę układu mechatronicznego - krokowego silnika prądu stałego. Metody logiki rozmytej wykorzystano do budowy bloku diagnostycznego bez obecności szumu. Szum jest kombinacją dwu źródeł: szumu białego i kombinacji szumu białego z szumem rzeczywistego silnika. Transformata falkowa została wykorzystana do odszumiania sygnału.

The paper introduces a unified method for fault diagnosis in analog dynamic systems of different physical nature (e.g. electronic, mechanical, power, hydraulic). The method also handles mixed systems composed of multi-phenomena blocks. Applicability of the diagnosis algorithm, originally designed for analog electronic circuits, is extended. As a test example the fourth order servomechanism is discussed and diagnosis results are presented.
