W artykule przedstawiono analizę sterowania automatycznego procesem wytwarzania bioetanolu. Opracowano modele symulacyjne obiektu i układu sterowania. Do sterowania zastosowano regulatory relay oraz PID. Analizowano wpływ algorytmu sterowania na zużycie energii w rozpatrywanym procesie. Opracowany system testowano z wykorzystaniem obiektu rzeczywistego. Istotę działania układu sterowania przedstawiono na schematach blokowych i wykresach.

The article presents the analysis of the automatic control of the bioethanol production process. Simulation models were established for the object and the control system. Relay and PID regulators were used in the control system. The analysis covers the impact of the control system on energy consumption in the aforementioned process. The system was tested with the use of a real object. The nature of work of the control system was presented in a form of flow charts and graphs.
