W pracy przedstawiono wyniki ilościowej oceny makrostruktury odlewanych precyzyjnie segmentów osłonowych barier cieplnych (BOAS) z nadstopu kobaltu MAR-M509. Badania przeprowadzono na segmentach doświadczalnych otrzymanych w początkowej fazie realizacji projektu badawczego oraz na segmentach odlanych z zastosowaniem zoptymalizowanej technologii formy, przetapiania stopu wyjściowego master-heat oraz odlewania segmentów. Uzyskane wyniki ilustrują postęp osiągnięty w zakresie ujedno-rodnienia wielkości i kształtu ziaren pierwotnych ujawnianych na powierzchni roboczej segmentów i na ich przekrojach poprzecznych. Wskazują one również na możliwość zastosowania wyników ilościowej oceny wielkości i kształtu ziaren pierwotnych jako strukturalnych kryteriów oceny powtarzalności technologii precyzyjnego odlewania segmentów osłonowych barier cieplnych z nadstopu MAR-M509.

The paper presents the results of the quantitative macrostructure evaluation of the precisely cast segments of the blade outer air seals (BOAS) made of the MAR-M509 cobalt alloy. The research was conducted on the experimental segments which were received in initial phase of the research project. The research was conducted also on segments which were cast with application of the optimum form technology, initial master-heat alloy remelting and segments casting. Acquired results illustrate progress achieved in homogenizing of the size and shape of primary grains revealing on the working surface of segments and on its transverse cross section. They also indicate possibility of applying the results of quantitative evaluation of the primary grains size and shape as a structural criterion of the casting of the blade outer air seals made of the MAR-M509 super alloy technological process reproducibility.

Przeprowadzono próby napawania i spawania odlewów ze stopu GA8. Opracowano technologie naprawy tych odlewów metodami spawalniczymi obejmującą dobór stopiwa, parametrów spawania, parametrów podgrzewania oraz techniki spawania.

Welding and pad welding tests on GA8 alloy castings were executed. A repair technology for these castings taking the advantage of welding techniques was designed, which consisted of the selection of filler material, welding parameters, heating parameters and the welding technique.

W ostatnich latach znacznie wzrosło zaniepokojenie społeczeństwa stanem naszego środowiska naturalnego. Obecnie, niezależnie od tego czy zagrożenia środowiskowe dotyczą nas na szczeblu lokalnym, krajowym czy globalnym, nastąpił znaczny wzrost obaw wśród społeczeństw o stan środowiska naturalnego człowieka. W artykule przedstawiono porównanie stanu ochrony środo-wiska naturalnego na terenach po przemysłowych dokonane w Australii w Stanie Nowej Południowej Walii z terenami Górnego Śląska. Artykuł ten zawiera studia nad wpływem rozwoju przemysłowego na globalne zanieczyszczenie środowiska naturalnego człowieka, a także porównanie głównych problemów środowiskowych i ich odniesienie do wybranych okręgów przemysłowych Polski i Australii.

Recent years have seen a' considerable deterioration of natural environment, especially in industrialised regions, on a worldwide scale. Notably, this has been evidenced in post-communist countries in Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Asia, etc. The closing of bigger, unprofitable industrial plants is gradually taking place, which, apart from unemployment in these regions, creates large ecological problems that are connected with the necessity of their reclaiming. The rehabilitation of the coal industry has created environmental problems that are connected with the degradation of Polish towns, under which mining exploitation and slagheap reclamation was carried out. Similar problems that are connected with the degradation of the natural environment can also be found in the areas of steel industry exploitation. Ali the above-mentioned problems are also noticeable, although on a much smaller scale, throughout Australia. The elaboration in this work includes currentenvironmental challenge s with the major emphasis being placed on issues relevant to Australia and Poland.

System zarządzania środowiskiem przedsiębiorstwa, ze względu na przyjętą politykę ochrony środowiska oraz sposoby jej realizacji, może: [i] stanowić samodzielną wewnętrzną strukturę organizacyjną przedsiębiorstwa spełniającą wymagania prawne, [ii] być realizacją samodzielnej inicjatywy przedsiębiorstwa, stanowiącej deklarację polepszania stanu środowiska, określoną jako dobrowolne zobowiązanie ekologiczne, [iii] być dostosowany do normy lub międzynarodowej regulacji prawnej (systemy dostosowane i certyfikowane na zgodność z regulacją UE EMAS oraz normą PN-EN ISO 14001). W artykule przedstawiono metody i procedury stosowane przy wdrożeniu systemu zarządzania środowiskiem.

W artykule przedstawiono metody i procedury stosowane przy wdrożeniu systemu zarządzania środowiskiem, opierając się na doświadczeniach zebranych w czasie wprowadzania norm PN-EN ISO 14000 w Fabryce Elementów Napędowych FENA.

W artykule przedstawiono zalety systemu do separacji i utylizacji odpadów komunalnych z wykorzystaniem technologii plazmowych oraz możliwości ich zastosowania na Śląsku.

In the article has shown system of machines and installations for utilization municipal refuses, that make possible to obtain recycle materials and consolidation of useless materials. Take under consideration two kind of utilization systems: mechanical and modern-plasma converter. First of them is simpler and cheaper, second is the quite new technology. Showing systems for utilization of municipal wastes can to contribute for solve serious social problem, like utilization of municipal refuses. That systems should require financial expensis andlarge researches over this problem, too. That are results from needs to research of inhomogeneous mechanical of bulk materials, that are municipal refuse and elaborating effective vibration separation methods, balistic and inertion of that wastes. In contradistinction of industrial, economic system for wastes utilization may be used on the ever municipal wastes storage. Not require large financial expencies and can to be efficacious shape for wastes management in small and medium towns and residential districts.
