The article analyzes the input parameters for RCM software for restoration of 110 kV power lines. It describes the ranking system for technical condition and the importance of power line. In the final part of the paper there is a design method for the determination of restoration of 110 kV power lines by the input data.

Technical losses are caused by well-known physical electricity effects and cannot be effectively eliminated. However, they can be measured or calculated according to known line parameters. Distribution companies need the possibility to predict and estimate these losses as they are an important economic indicator, therefore they have fundamental importance. The paper deals with the possibilities of software developed and tested on real databases of measured losses provided by a distribution company.

Straty techniczne spowodowane są przez znane zjawiska fizyczne i nie mogą być skutecznie wyeliminowane. Jednakże, mogą być mierzone lub obliczane według znanych parametrów linii. Spółki dystrybucyjne potrzebują możliwości przewidywania i szacowania tych strat, ponieważ są one ważnym wskaźnikiem ekonomicznym, dlatego mają fundamentalne znaczenie. Artykuł traktuje o możliwościach oprogramowania opracowanego i testowanego na rzeczywistych bazach danych pomiarów strat, dostarczonych przez firmy dystrybucyjne.

The paper describes the following stage of the work on the development of Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) software for the distribution system network elements, namely for two types of power circuit breakers 110 kV and 110 kV / MV transformers. For the determination of optimal maintenance order it is necessary to have appropriate parameters of technical condition and importance. The paper also describes the design of input databases structure. The first version of this SW comprehensively addresses this problem for 110 kV VMM power circuit breakers.

W artykule opisano kolejne etapy prac nad oprogramowaniem wspierającym niezwodnościową centralną obsługę (RCM) dla elementów systemu sieci dystrybucyjnej, a mianowicie dla dwóch typów wyłączników 110 kV i transformatorów 110 kV / SN. W celu określenia optymalnego porządku obsługi/konserwacji niezbędne jest posiadanie odpowiednich parametrów określających stan techniczny i ważność elementów. W pracy opisano również projekt struktury bazy danych wejściowych. Pierwsza wersja tego oprogramowania kompleksowo rozwiązuje problem dla wyłączników 110 kV VMM.
