Article is devoted to creation of expert system of forecasting quantification and price adjustment for a tourism product. The basis for creation of such system it is developed by the author’s methodology of control of the tourism product price and economic-mathematical model of forming of nominal value of the tourism product price under polytypic uncertainty of the pricing factors. The expert system is based on complex use of methods of artificial intelligence, the system analysis and economic-mathematical modeling. Based on the analysis of cost of components of a tourism product and information on a current status of metasystem of the tourism enterprise makes recommendations of rather optimum level of the tourism product price.

Artykuł jest poświęcony tworzeniu eksperckiego systemu prognozowania ilościowego i regulacji cen dla produktu turystycznego. Podstawą do stworzenia takiego systemu jest opracowana przez autora metoda kontroli cen produktu turystycznego oraz ekonomiczno-matematyczny model kształtowania nominalnej ceny produktu turystycznego pod warunkiem niepewności cenowej, jaka występuje w różnych sytuacjach. System ekspercki opiera się na kompleksowym wykorzystaniu metod sztucznej inteligencji, analizie systemowej i modelowaniu ekonomiczno-matematycznym. Analizując koszty składników produktu i informację turystyczną oraz aktualny stan metasystemu przedsiębiorstwa, system poleca najbardziej optymalny poziom ceny produktu turystycznego.

Article is devoted to research of statistical methods of control of activity of the tourism industry by using process behavior charts. Features of various types of charts are investigated and classification is carried out them. Tourism streams between Ukraine and Poland are analyzed. The method of selecting the chart for system of monitoring of processes of activity for tourism enterprise is created.

Artykuł poświęcono badaniom statystycznych metod kontroli działalności branży turystycznej przy pomocy wykresów. Scharakteryzowano i sklasyfikowano różne typy wykresów, określono sposób wyboru wykresu dla systemu monitorowania działalności przedsiębiorstwa turystycznego. Analizie poddano ruch turystyczny między Ukrainą i Polską.
