The aim of the article is to present an outline of knowledge about the modern approach to methods and tools of motivation. This is important in the context of the millennium generation coming into the market of education and the labor market. The concept of diversity management is the answer to how to effectively stimulate the acquisition of knowledge and new competences among this generation. The specific objective of the article is to present issues related to higher education of people with disabilities. Who study at a technical university. The article presents activities that are undertaken in relation to students with disabilities in AGH University of Science and Technology in terms of their professional activation.
