The existing classification of intellectual property objects (IPO) in order to give a more precise definition of it was analyzed; the criteria for IPO valuation of an enterprise were formed; the approaches and corresponding methods of enterprise’s IPO valuation were analyzed; valuation technology of enterprise’s IPO for subsequent sale taking into account the suggested selection criteria was developed.

It is important to determine the optimal level of administrative costs in order to achieve main targets of any enterprise, to perform definite tasks, to implement these tasks and not to worsen condition and motivation of the workers. Also it is essential to remember about strategic goals in the area of HR on the long run. Therefore, the main idea in using optimization model for assessing the effectiveness of management costs will be to find the minimum level of expenses within the given limits.

The moral aspects were considered to be the ideological sphere for many centuries. But nowadays they turn into the most significant economic factor. The role of morals in the functioning and the development of an economic system is determined by their ability to: • integrate the association of people into a united social-economic structures; • maintain the stable balance within the economic system; • provide the social-economic and social safety; • favor the increase of the integral efficiency of social system functioning; • create conditions for opening an individual creative potential; • condition progressive transformational processes of the social development. Nowadays actual changes of the social-economic system (in particular, the transition to the informational society principles) require social and economic claiming for ethical norms based on the principles of Christian morals.

Przez wiele lat aspekty moralne były uważane za część sfery ideologicznej. Obecnie jednak ich rola jako istotnego czynnika ekonomicznego zaczyna się zmieniać. Znaczenie obyczajów w funkcjonowaniu i rozwoju systemu gospodarczego determinuje ich zdolność do: • integrowania grup ludzi w zjednoczone struktury społeczno-ekonomiczne, • utrzymywania stabilnej równowagi w obrębie systemu gospodarczego, • zapewniania bezpieczeństwa społecznego i społeczno-ekonomicznego, • wspierania wzrostu całkowitej efektywności funkcjonowania systemu społecznego, • stworzenia warunków do otwarcia indywidualnych kreatywnych potencjałów, • warunkowania stopniowych procesów transformacyjnych w rozwoju społecznym. Obecnie rzeczywiste zmiany systemu społeczno-gospodarczego (w szczególności przechodzenie do zasad społeczeństwa informacyjnego) spowodowały, że społeczeństwo i gospodarka domagają się norm etycznych opartych na zasadach obyczajów chrześcijańskich.
