The paper presents the modeling of scattering of light photons in turbid medium, in which the relative change in light intensity by an elementary plane-parallel layer is proportional to the superposition of spatially homogeneous and spatially inhomogeneous summands. Taking into account the light intensity attenuation by a plane-parallel layer of the spatial nonlinearity transport coefficient of photons, the interaction with the scattering centers in the integral law does not significantly affect the anisotropy scattering regularity and statistical regularities, in which the transport coefficient is spatially inhomogeneous.

In a counter-rotating wind turbine with the vertical axis of rotation (VAWT), a special three-phase transformer was developed for contactless transmission of electric energy from the synchronous generator with permanent magnets (PMSG) and rotating rotor and stator. The halfcore of this transformer with primary and secondary windings can rotate relative one to another. One phase of such a transformer was developed, engineered, and studied. According to the results of experimental studies, its computer simulation model was designed. We built and study a general computer model of an autonomous VAWT with a three-phase rotary transformer, the secondary windings of which have taps that are switched by triaks, providing quasi optimal control of VAWT operation. The analysis of necessary amount of taps is conducted for effective work of VAWT on all range of speed of wind.

W przeciwwirującej turbinie wiatrowej z pionową osią obrotu (VAWT) dla bezkontaktnego przekazywania energii elektrycznej od generatora synchronicznego o magnesach trwałych (PMSG) z wirującymi induktorem i twornikiem, opracowano specjalny trójfazowy transformator, którego połowy rdzenia z pierwotnym i wtórnym uzwojeniami mogą obracać się względem siebie. Zaprojektowano, stworzono oraz zbadano jedną fazę takiego transformatora. W wyniku badań eksperymentalnych opracowano jego model stymulacyjny komputerowy. Wybudowano ogólny model komputerowy siłowni wiatrowej z VAWT o prace autonomicznej z trójfazowym wirującym transformatorem, którego uzwojenia wtórne mają placówki przełączane za pomocą triaków przewidując quasioptymalną pracę VAWT. Przeprowadzono analizę ilości placówek niezbędnej do skutecznego działania siłowni wiatrowej na całym zakresie prędkości wiatru.

The results of experimental investigations of using the opposite non-coaxial air jets in ventilation technology for creation of uniform result air jet are presented in this article. 4-factor experiment has been carried out and adequate chart is composed, analytic equations are also obtained. By these results investigations of the real constructions creation of air distribution systems will be continued.

In this article the results of air distribution by opposite non-coaxial round jets experimental investigations are presented. Adequate charts are composed, analytic equations are also obtained. By these results high efficiency of air distribution by opposite non-coaxial round jets in technological small highted rooms is shown.

Electrooptics of smectic liquid crystals has been drawing an increasing interest, especially for new classes of compounds, such as metal alkanoates which manifest as thermotropic as lyotropic smectic mesophases. In the present work, electric and electrooptic properties were studied in detail of pure and dye-doped (polymethine dye) potassium kaproate, a water mixture of which is forming a lyotropic Sm A type liquid crystalline phase at room temperature. As follows from experimental data, for frequencies - f < 3 x 10⁴ Hz, dispersion of the components of complex dielectric permittivity ε' and ε'' is observed. Appropriate relaxation process is described by the Debye equation. On the basis of the analysis of frequency dependencies of ε' ε'' for the frequencies f > 3 x 10⁴ Hz the conductivity of samples on an alternating current was found. The introduction of dye in ionic lyotropic liquid crystals (ILLC) results in increase in conductivity (by 1.5 times) and reduction of relaxation time. The bleaching of the dye in ILLC under the action of a direct voltage (U>5V) was observed. The mechanism explaining "threshold" character of such process was proposed.

There are presented the results of air jet's leakage condition influence research on its spread character. By results of investigations coefficient of air distribution device with specific leakage condition velocity reducing has been determined and possibility of this outlet practical using has been based. Two air distribution devices at leakage specific condition have been investigated. The aim of using of leakage specific condition is velocity reducing in air supply jets. It is important at organizing of small volume rooms ventilation. By investigation results charts have been obtained, which describe velocity reducing intensity in air jets. Results of research give possibility to utilize practically investigated air distribution devices in ventilation technique.
