Produkcja zindywidualizowanego wyrobu na życzenie jednostkowego klienta wiąże się nie tylko z problemem utrzymania ciągłości działalności systemu produkcyjnego, ale też ze szczególną organizacją procesu produkcyjnego. Może to spowodować zwiększenie ryzyka, którego skalę można ocenić, prowadząc analizę porównawczą. Autorzy ukazują zakłócenia wynikające w systemie produkcyjnym przedsiębiorstwa produkcyjnego o wysokim stopniu kastomizacji, a także przedstawiają wpływ na założone plany produkcyjne. W wyniku przeprowadzonych badań zaprezentowano kategorie zakłóceń raportowanych jako tzw. czasy nieplanowane, a także ich odsetek w kontekście działalności systemu produkcyjnego i potencjalne przyczyny.

The production of an individualized product at the request of an individual customer is associated not only with maintaining the continuity of the production system, but also with the proper organization of the production process. The authors show the disturbances resulting from the production system of a manufacturing company with a high degree of customization, and also present the impact on the planned production plans. As a result of the research, the categories of disturbances reported as so-called unplanned times, as well as their percentage in the context of the production system’s operation and potential causes.

Zarządzanie ryzykiem stanowi istotny aspekt w proaktywnym podejściu do przyszłości organizacji. Bazuje ono na wielu wejściowych informacjach, które można poddawać analizom mającym wskazać możliwości zakłóceń w przyszłości oraz ułatwiać zaplanowanie działań korygujących i korekcyjnych. Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie możliwości wykorzystania standardowych metod zarządzania jakością w zarządzaniu ryzykiem. Autorka wskazuje wybrane instrumenty związane zwyczajowo z zarządzaniem jakością i wykorzystując je analizuje możliwe zakłócenia występujące w jednostkach organizacyjnych. Przedstawione przyczyny zakłóceń mają stanowić podstawę do dalszych rozważań w ramach Baz Ryzyka, których celem jest ułatwienie zarządzania ryzykiem (w szczególności operacyjnym) w przedsiębiorstwie.

Risk management is a key aspect in a proactive approach to an organization’s future. It is based on the input of information which, in turn, can undergo certain analysis that aim to highline the possibility of distortion in the future and to enable corrective actions to be taken. The purpose of article is to introduce the possibilities of using standard methods of quality management in risk management. The author pinpoints some of the instruments, associated with quality management and, by using them, she analyses the distortion that is likely to occur in an organizational unit. The sources of distortion shown, are to be the basis for further consideration within the Risk Data Base, which aim to ease Risk Management (operational risk, in particular) within an organization.

Organising – Still an Important Function of Production Management

Organising is one of the management functions. Without organisational performance, we cannot undertake the realisation of planned intentions. A well-prepared work system operates on a performer in a motivating way and it stimulates correct task execution, for example, production tasks. Organisational studies have their origins on the turn of the 19th and 20th century. From the authors’ viewpoint, organisational principles still should be used and implemented equally with modern approaches to management. In the article, the authors remind ground rules based on praxeological “striving for a good job performance”, correlating them with a modern idea, which is implemented in Poland’s Eastern Neighbours called “Industry 4.0”, and research conducted in one of the biggest production companies in Greater Poland [in Polish: Wielkopolska, a region of west-central Poland], indicating a need for paying a constant attention to organising processes and production systems.
