Spraying of the mortars and concrete mixes by use of compressed air requires a lot of energy, while, in ja-wa one side application technology, layer of material can be applied by low energy consumption travelling robot, which throws portions of material in form of cloud of particles, which then dig into the surface being coated. Benefits of low cost of labor and materials, as well as, realization using system ja-wa were indicated.

Metodę torkretowania, tzw. „suchą” opracował Amerykanin Carl Ethan Akeley, który w 1910 r. opatentował urządzenie „Cement Gun” (armatkę ciśnieniową) umożliwiające natryśnięcie mieszanki suchych składników cementu z piaskiem oraz wody na eksponowaną powierzchnię. Równolegle, od lat 60.XX wieku stosuje się tzw. metodę „mokrą”, w której wykorzystuje się wcześniej zarobione wodą zaprawy cementowe lub mieszanki betonowe. Kłopotliwymi problemami obu metod są: bardzo duże zużycie sprężonego powietrza (do 20 m3/m3 natryskiwanego materiału) i energii oraz występujące rozpylenie drobnych cząstek.

An advanced IP-based network, owned by the developer or outsourced, can serve as a future-ready branding platform and deliver real estate sustainability, a differentiated experience, higher valued space, and new revenues. These communication networks can offer tenants flexibility, and accelerate the development of new business value chains thereby strengthening the social and cultural links among residents, organizations, and businesses.

In the construction and infrastructure maintenance industries devices such as remote controls, laser and GPS aided grading, and optimization systems for heavy machinery and equipment have already become a market reality. These technologies are prominent and growing aspects of much of modern industry because they provide the benefits of reducing labor costs, increasing productivity and efficiency, and increasing human worker safety. The devices described herein lay the groundwork for the use of automation in the construction industry. Operators are the essential clement in determining whether robotics can be utilized. The construction industry, on the other hand, contains many barriers to automation. It is very diverse, and every project must cope with unique circumstances. Construction sites tend to be unstructured and dynamic, with unforeseen hazards and difficulties. Automation and robotics has not yet reached the level of sophistication to be able to adapt to such situations on a wide scale.

The fluctuation of required resources causes problems in construction scheduling. Thus, researchers have developed resource leveling techniques to minimize the deviation between the resource requirements and the desired resource profile. However, the resource leveling problem cannot be solved with exact optimization methods except for small size scheduling problems because it is defined as a discrete combinatorial problem. Therefore, researchers have used heuristic approaches to get an acceptable solution that may not necessarily be optimal. This paper presents a multi-heuristic model for the solution of resource leveling problems. The initial computational results indicate that this heuristic model produces reasonably good solutions. In addition, the multi-heuristic model is a viable approach for complex scheduling networks.

Fluktacja zapotrzebowania na środki do produkcji w realizacji robót budowlanych powoduje trudności w ustalaniu harmonogramów pracy na placu budowy. Zostały wynalezione w tym celu sposoby algorytmiczno-heurystyczne niwelacji różnic w zapotrzebowaniu na środki. Artykuł niniejszy przedstawia model wieloheurystyczny rozwiązania zagadnienia niwelacji zapotrzebowania na środki do produkcji. Wstępne doświadczenia obliczeniowe wskazują na możliwość uzyskiwania dobrych wyników. Model wieloheurystyczny daje poza tym możliwość zastosowania go przy wykorzystaniu skomplikowanych modeli sieciowych harmonogramów pracy w budownictwie.
