Tematyka artykułu związana jest z pomiarami termowizyjnymi i ich wykorzystaniem w diagnostyce układów elektronicznych. Dostępność kamer termowizyjnych przyczynia się do wszechstronnego ich zastosowania. Jedną z dziedzin wykorzystujących kamery termowizyjne jest diagnostyka układów elektronicznych. Umożliwia ona odpowiednio wczesne wykrycie przyszłych uszkodzeń objawiających się wzrostem temperatury, a także ocenę właściwego doboru elementów elektronicznych i metod ich chłodzenia. W artykule przedstawiono podstawowe zagadnienia związane z pomiarami termowizyjnymi, omówiono najważniejsze źródła błędów występujące podczas pomiarów termowizyjnych elementów elektronicznych. Przedstawiono stanowisko pomiarowe do termowizyjnej diagnostyki elementów elektronicznych oraz wyniki badań przeprowadzonych na elementach elektronicznych działających w warunkach rzeczywistych.

The subject of the article is related to the thermographic measurements and their use in the diagnostics of the electronic systems. The availability of the thermographic cameras contributes to their versatile use. One of the areas that use the thermographic cameras is the diagnostics of the electronic systems. It enables the early detection of the future damage manifested by an increase in temperature, as well as the assessment of the correct selection of the electronic components and the methods of their cooling. The article presents the basic issues related to the thermographic measurements, discusses the most important sources of errors occurring during the thermographic measurements of the electronic components. The paper presents the measuring station for the thermographic diagnostics of the electronic components and the results of the tests carried out on the electronic components operating in real conditions.
