In the contribution the path of implementing intelligent systems of exploitation on the basis of computer assisted decision-making methods is presented. Methods of classification of technical objects, with determining an algorithm of building a diagnostic system of safety of machines and devices are discussed. A synthesis is performed of selected group of devices, and the purposes to be achieved are determined for the choice of an appropriate diagnoser, with defining the criteria of significance. Possible solutions are indicated with maintaining homogeneous structures functioning in the units.

An insufficient access to trustworthy data as well as to limited information sets that can be used for the formulation of the exploitation strategy in the country is a characteristic weakness of the Polish health protection system. That situation has to be changed, both with regard to the efficiency of current functioning of the system and to the possibility of long-term development planning. Besides, a determination of health priorities and a definition of mechanisms of realization of these purposes - both in national and regional aspect - must be considered as to be indispensable. This is also connected with the problem of creating an exploitation systems network, what has been presented further in the paper. When taking into consideration regional specific characteristics, each province should elaborate own solutions concerning system functioning, introduce legal rules, elaborate computer information systems, and hence configure one efficient stable program that assures possibilities of carrying on standard analyses. Deferring improvement and repair activities concerning exploitation systems does not improve the system, and only enlarges the problem to be solved. The image, presented in the paper, indicates directions of investigations that must be quickly undertaken so preparation to an eventual entrance into the global European system be possible.
