Celem artykułu jest ocena budynku mieszkalnego w zabudowie bliźniaczej w świetle obowiązujących przepisów dotyczących energooszczędności oraz analiza czasów i kosztów jego wykonania w dwóch wariantach klasy energetycznej. W ramach analizy wyliczono bilans strat oraz zysków ciepła, na podstawie którego utworzono wskaźniki charakterystyczne. Następnie zaproponowano rozwiązania pozwalające obniżyć te wskaźniki do poziomu dopuszczalnych według obowiązujących i przyszłych przepisów dla budynków jednorodzinnych pasywnych oraz porównano koszty i czasy realizacji budynku tradycyjnego ze zmodernizowanym w kierunku klasy budynku pasywnego.

Time and cost analysis of the possibility of obtaining a passive standard of a building on a selected example. The thesis presents the energy performance of a semi-detached house, located in Białystok, in compilance with “Rozporządzenie Ministra Infrastruktury i Rozwoju z dnia 27 lutego 2015 r.” currently in force. The residential building was evaluated in the light of existing legislation concerning thermal protection of buildings, comparing the demand for suitable energy for heating and ventilation with the value characterizing the passive building. Based on these results, the object in question was found to meet the applicable requirements for thermal parameters of the building envelope partitions, but the object was not to meet the applicable requirements for the above-mentioned energy demand for buildings of this class. The thesis also summarizes solutions allowing to approach requirements in the field of thermal protection of passive buildings. Then cost estimates and line schedules were created for variants before thermal modernization and for all thermal modernization stages carried out.
