The article describes factors influencing the joined operation of repair surface and shotcrete layer on the basis of analytical view of literature and practical use. The authors investigate influence of the process of concrete surface preparation on the operation of multilayer constructions while using shotcrete. Methodology of research of durability shotcrete layer cohesion with the surface (adhesion), strength of old and shotcrete for stretch is described. The article reveals a set of factors influencing durability characteristics of shotcrete cohesion: durability of old and new concrete; rustle of concrete surface; use of concrete modifiers; use of polymeric layers between concrete surfaces; influence of temperature on the process of shotcrete laying.

The paper is devoted to obtain high performance concrete with complex modificators and investigation of its exploitative properties. It was shown, that improved characteristic of concrete are achieved by optimal granulometric composition of fine, coarse aggregates and complex modificators plastifying and accelerating on the basis of sulphonaftalin-formaldehydes, polycarboxylates and highly soluble electrolytes, such as sodium tiosulfate and rodanide. The optimal compositions of complex modificators due synergic action of their ingredients allowed to obtain concrete with improved properties durability and provided efficiency in monolithic building.
