The article presents the most important sound insulation requiremets for partitions in multi-family buildings, which are based on PN-B 02151-2 and PN-B 02151-3 standards. It shows how to cover the requirements, what the sound insulation in masonry walls depends on and what are the basic guidelines for erecting acoustic external and internal walls.

W artykule przedstawiono aktualną sytuację branży produkującej autoklawizowany beton komórkowy oraz kierunki rozwoju. Przedstawiono mapę drogową dla branży do osiągnięcia zeroemisyjnej produkcji i cyklu życia produktu do 2050 roku oraz omówiono rodzaje emisji dwutlenku węgla przy produkcji betonu komórkowego i sposoby na ich ograniczenie. W artykule omówiono także metody zwiększające konkurencyjność branży produkującej ABK oraz aktualne i przyszłe wykorzystanie cyfryzacji i mechanizacji prac na budowie.

The article presents the current situation of the industry manufacturing autoclaved aerated concrete and the possibilities for further development. It presents a roadmap for the industry to achieve net-zero-emission during production and life cycle till 2050, and discusses the sources of carbon dioxide emissions in the production of AAC and methods, which can be taken to reduce them. The article also discusses ways to increase the competitiveness of the AAC manufacturing industry as well as current and future ways of using digitisation and mechanisation on construction sites.

Based on catalogues, the time schedule of erecting multi-storey building has been prepared. Real current conditions and the average cost of the building allows for creating the model where four variables influence NPV and maximum cash demand of a contractor erecting the building. The simulation made in the spreadsheet is the base for calculating and presenting the sensitivity analysis of each variable separately, as well as, for creating the surface chart where the joint influence of terms of payments affects the maximum demand for cash. The way of using of this chart has been described aiming at the protection of the contractor from losing financial liquidity while the profi table project is executed.

The paper presents the comparison of deterministic and stochastic approach for modeling the set of earthworks machinery. Simulation takes into account the normal distribution of cycle time and efficiency of machines and points out its influence for total construction works time. Results of the simulation indicate the need of identification time and efficiency deviation as a risk factor, which can cause delay whenever earthworks cycle includes the serial work of several machines.
