Dokonano analizy problematyki pomiaru temperatury termometrami kwarcowymi. Zaproponowano sposób zmniejszania częstotliwości roboczej termometru, co daje możliwość istotnego zwiększenia względnej czułości, zmniejszenia bezwzględnego błędu pomiaru temperatury, a także umożliwia optymalizację wytycznych do konstruowania termometru.

The review of progress of the high-fidelity measuring trends showed that it is needed to search new ways to the improvement of metrology descriptions of thermometers. One of methods of minimization of absolute error of measuring temperature is reduction of error of measuring digital signal. Component errors are educed, it is conducted their analysis and shown out dependence, that showed most effective method to promote measuring exactness - reduction of measurable frequency. It will be realized by introduction to the electric circle the special device - mixer. The device construction and his principle of action is described. Also as a result of analysis influence is educed on exactness of measuring are another component – time of measuring. An algorithm at that it is not needed to increase measuring time is offered, but exactness will grow.
