Artykuł opisuje przygotowania i założenia do pierwszego w Polsce projektu pilotażowego zastosowania technologii BIM w GDDKiA przy projektowaniu i budowie odcinka drogi krajowej wraz z obiektami mostowymi i innymi branżami. Po omówieniu specyfiki i korzyści z użycia technologii BIM w projektach infrastrukturalnych opisano sam przedmiot pilotażu, którym była obwodnica Zatoru w ciągu drogi krajowej nr 28. W zakresie przygotowań do publicznego przetargu szczególny nacisk położony został na dialog techniczny z potencjalnymi wykonawcami oraz na dobór celów, jakie planowano osiągnąć, realizując cały projekt. Na koniec omówiono wymagania do przetargu oraz zaproponowane kryteria pozacenowe związane z technologią BIM.

The article describes the preparations and assumptions for the first pilot project in Poland for the application of BIM technology in GDDKiA in the design and construction of a section of a national road, including bridges and other facilities. After discussing the specifics and benefits of BIM technology in infrastructural projects, the pilotage was described. It is the Zator bypass along the national road No. 28. In the scope of preparations for the public tender, special emphasis was placed on the technical dialogue with potential contractors and selection of goals that were planned to achieve with implementing the entire project. Finally, the requirements for the tender and the proposed non-price criteria related to the BIM technology are discussed.

The purpose of this paper was to obtain and compare information about spine metrics properties and indicate of polymer materials for the manufacture of spinal implants using 3D printing. The resulting properties will allow to select the material which have similar spine metrics properties or better. The literature review will be helpful to develop methodology of 3D printing in producing implants of the vertebrae and intervertebral discs (Val). The project consists three main phases: creation a creation model which is based on generating of a 3D model (Val) discs of tomographic images spine using software specially developed for medical image processing and CAD software (Val) discs, creation of a prototype implant and performance strength tests on the obtained implant.

Istotną rolę w procesie szlifowania CFG stopu Inconel odgrywa czyszczenie ściernicy podczas obróbki. Ważnym czynnikiem mającym wpływ na warunki czyszczenia jest konstrukcja dyszy czyszczącej, odpowiednie jej ustawienie względem ściernicy oraz dobór warunków wypływu chłodziwa z dyszy. Przeprowadzono badania doświadczalne szlifowania stopu Inconel 718 dla dwóch dysz czyszczących oraz różnego ich ustawienia względem ściernicy. Przeprowadzono próby szlifowania z różnymi parametrami wypływu chłodziwa z dyszy. Określono wpływ warunków czyszczenia ściernicy na składowe siły szlifowania oraz chropowatość szlifowanej powierzchni.

An important role in the CFG grinding process of Inconel alloys perform grinding wheel cleaning during grinding. An important aspect which affects the result of the grinding wheel cleaning process are cleaning nozzle construction, positioning the nozzle relative to grinding wheel and selection of coolant pressure and the coolant flow parameters. Experimental studies of grinding of Inconel 718 alloy were conducted with two different cleaning nozzles and different their positioning relative to grinding wheel. Grinding tests were realized with different parameters of outflow of coolant from the cleaning nozzle. The effect of cleaning conditions on grinding forces and the quality of ground surface was defined.
