The paper presents research in the field of underwater wet cutting with the use of flux-cored wires in order to improve the quality and performance. The research has resulted into the development of gas and slag systems for flux-cored wires and determination of , optimal parameters for cutting stability and quality. The underwater wet cutting mechanism is a cyclical process with the formation of periodic keyholes in metal, and it consists of operating and idle cycles. Efficiency of the cutting process can be determined by analyzing cycle times, welding current, voltage, power and a number of short circuits. To assess the stability and efficiency of the underwater wet cutting process, the authors have developed the method for analyzing oscillograms to calculate the probability density of current, voltage and power. To determine the quality of cutting, the authors have provided a criterion based on the ratio of the voltage probability density in the idle and operating cycles.

The authors suggest the extention of the logistics scope, which will solve a number of problems of the defense industry. The rational use of the logistics tools in the Armed Forces of Ukraine will allow us to use the existing potential, increase the effectiveness of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, improve the security of the country and bring the domestic military economy to a fundamentally new level. The term of military logistics is defined. The article describes basic powers and authorities of the bodies of military management and logistics approaches to logistics in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Proponuje się rozszerzenie sfery zastosowań logistyki, która rozwiąże szereg problemów kompleksu obronno-przemysłowego. Racjonalne wykorzystanie narzędzi logistycznych w Siłach Zbrojnych Ukrainy pozwoli wykorzystać istniejący potencjał, zwiększyć efektywność Sił Zbrojnych Ukrainy, zwiększyć bezpieczeństwo kraju i doprowadzić krajową gospodarkę wojskową do zupełnie nowego poziomu, zdefiniować pojęcie logistyki wojskowej. Określono podstawowe kompetencje organów zarządzania wojskowego i określono logistyczne podejścia do logistyki w Siłach Zbrojnych Ukrainy.
