Współczesne kierunki rozwoju nowoczesnych technologii kart zbliżeniowych, stosowanych jako: dokumenty elektroniczne, środki płatnicze, bilety, karty miejskie, karty paliwowe i wiele innych, charakteryzują się silnym dążeniem do podniesienia komfortu ich użytkowania przy jednoczesnym zapewnieniu wysokiego poziomu bezpieczeństwa. W wyniku współdziałania jednostek badawczych, producentów, operatorów systemów i użytkowników końcowych powstało szereg standardów i norm umożliwiających integracje wielu usług na jednym nośniku - zbliżeniowej karcie elektronicznej. W artykule pokazane zostaną możliwości wykorzystania wieloaplikacyjnej karty elektronicznej do zarządzania bezpieczeństwem i komfortem uczelni wyższej. Karta ta wykonana jest w technologii bezstykowej.

Modem trends in technology of electronic contactless cards in the fields like electronic documents, electronic ticketing, electronic payments, fuel cards and many others are going to provide convenience and security at a very high level. As a result of these trends producers, operators, end-customers create a number of standards. Basing on this, it is possible to put many different applications on one card. Standardization may allow creation of open systems, which enables different producers and operators add to the card their own parts. Modem cards could be read by the many kind of reading equipment. Readers used in systems should support this standards. Basing on standardization it is easy to design, implement and use contactless card systems. The contactless cards operate on the same way as students card, access card, e-purse, electronic payment Visa, MasterCard and others.

Standardowe systemy poboru opłat parkingowych charakteryzują się rozmieszczoną w sposób stały infrastrukturą urządzeń umożliwiających dokonanie zapłaty za czas postoju. Rozwiązanie tego typu jest kosztowne na etapie zakupu i instalacji oraz w trakcie eksploatacji systemu. Dla użytkowników systemu częstą niedogodnością jest odległość do najbliższego punktu poboru opłat oraz brak możliwości zapłaty za rzeczywisty czas postoju. Artykuł opisuje nowoczesne rozwiązanie poboru opłat oparte o mikroprocesorową bezstykową technologię identyfikacji o nazwie EasyPark oraz porównuje je z systemem tradycyjnym.

The standard systems of collecting fees for car parking are based on meters distributed for good and allowing for paying a fee for car parking. Such solution is expensive at the stage of purchase and installation and at the stage of exploitation as well. For users of the system the walking distance to a parking meter and a lack of possibility to pay for a real time of parking qalseems to be often inconvenience. The modern solutions for collecting fees, based on microprocessor approach technology of identification called EasyPark and the comparison with traditional system have been presented in the paper.

W artykule przedstawiono idee inteligentnego budynku oraz istniejące jego definicje. Pokazano etapy rozwoju tych budowli w nawiązaniu do pojawiających się na rynku nowych technologii. Zaprezentowano również podstawowe systemy automatyki, bezpieczeństwa i informacji. Omówione zostały również podstawowe systemy integrujące systemy automatyki i bezpieczeństwa jak: BMS, SMS, BMCS. Pokazano również zalety stosowania zintegrowanych systemów automatyki budynku.

The article presents ideas of intelligent buildings and its current definitions. It shows periods of development of these buildings with reference to new technology appearing on market. It also presents basic automation, security and information systems. The basic integrating of the automation and security systems as BMS, SMS, and BMCS have been also discussed. The article also presents the advantages of using integrated systems of the building automation.
