Bimetallic Co-containing alumina-supported catalysts for CO2 reforming of methane and Fischer-Tropsch synthesis were studied. High activity, stability, and resistance to coke formation of the catalysts in both reactions was observed. High value hydrocarbon fractions such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel, olefins, etc. can be selectively produced from synthesis gas from CO2 reforming of methane over these catalysts depending on the nature and content of the second metal and process conditions.
