W artykule przedstawiono istotę procesu kształcenia. Ukazano konieczność dostosowania procesów edukacyjnych do zmịenịającej sịę rzeczywịstoścị, w tym do rozwoju technologịị ịnformacyjno-komunịkacyjnych. Technologịe te można wprowadzać na każdym etapịe kształcenịa ị wykorzystywać jako metody wspomagające nauczanịe. Podsumowując, atutem jest umożlịwịenịe kształcenịa ị doskonalenịa zawodowego (samoedukacjị) oraz zdobywanịa nowych kompetencjị osobom nịemającym czasu na kształcenịe stacjonarne, np. polịtykom, bịznesmenom czy dzịennịkarzom.

The paper presents the essence of the learning process. It shows the need to adapt educational processes to changing realities, including the development of ICT. These technologies can be entered on each vocational education and used as adjuncts teaching. In summary, the advantage is to enable the vocational education and training (self-education) and the acquisition of new competences for not having time to full-time education, such as politicians, businessmen and journalists.

W artykule przedstawiono wyniki pomiarów natężenia oświetlenia w salach dydaktycznych szkół wszystkich szczebli. Omówiono wymagania zawarte w normie PN-EN 12464-1:2012. Opisano wymagania projektowe i konserwacyjne dotyczące stosowanych opraw i instalacji oświetleniowych. Zaprezentowano wyniki audytu oświetlenia przykładowych sal dydaktycznych budynku szkolnego.

The results of measuring of the luminous intensity in didactic rooms in all grades schools have has been presented in the article. Than the article discusses the requirements closed in standard PN-EN 12464-1:2012. It was described the design and conservation requirements that refer to the applied lighting fittings and lighting installations. The article presents also the results of audit of lighting for the choice didactic rooms of school-building.
