„Greening gas” może wpłynąć na rozwój regionalny oraz sektora dystrybucji gazu. Dzięki temu procesowi możliwym wydaje się dynamiczny wzrost udziału biometanu w łącznym wolumenie dystrybucji gazu ziemnego. Tym samym poprzez wykorzystanie uzdatnionego biogazu rolniczego w postaci biometanu w gazowej sieci dystrybucyjnej spełnienie oczekiwań co do wzrostu OZE w bilansie energetycznym, czy też redukcji CO2 do atmosfery ma większą szansę na realizację. Przedmiotowy artykuł przedstawia przykład realizacji rozwoju regionalnego oraz sektora dystrybucji gazu przy założeniu realizacji procesu „greening gas” wraz z zastosowaniem analizy AHP dla wielokryterialnej oceny scenariuszy rozwoju.

"Greening gas" may affect the regional development and gas distribution sector. Due to this process, it seems possible to dynamically increase the share of biomethane in the total volume of natural gas distribution. Thus, through the use of treated agricultural biogas in the form of biomethane in gas distribution network, the expectations of an increase share of RES in the energy balance or reduction of CO2 to the atmosphere has a greater chance of implementation. This article presents an example of the implementation of regional development and the gas distribution sector, assuming the implementation of the "greening gas" process with the application of the AHP analysis for multi-criteria evaluation of development scenarios.

Polityka energetyczna w gazownictwie, zarówno w Unii Europejskiej jak i w Polsce, wpływa w istotny sposób na funkcjonowanie gospodarki, handlu i konkurencji. Harmonizacja przepisów prawa Państw Członkowskich umożliwia stworzenie jednolitego wewnętrznego europejskiego rynku gazu. Oprócz legislacji niebagatelną rolę na rynku odgrywają dokumenty wydawane przez organy, organizacje i dobrowolne stowarzyszenia unijne. Te podmioty ściśle współpracują w sprawach unijnej polityki energetycznej oraz stopniowo realizują przyjęte założenia i cele wprowadzając do swoich pro-gramów prac analizę poszczególnych zagadnień funkcjonowania rynku i systemu gazowego.

Energy policy in the gas sector, both in the European Union and in Poland significantly affect the functioning of the economy, trade and competition. Harmonisation of the Member States laws enables the creation of a homogenous European internal gas market. In addition to legislation the documents issued by the authorities, organizations and voluntary associations of the EU plays the important role in the market. These entities work closely together on issues of EU energy policy, and gradually realize the assumptions and objectives of introducing into their work analysis of individual issues and the functioning of the gas market and gas system.

W artykule przedstawiono uwarunkowania wykorzystania bojowego radarów trudno wykrywalnych w obecnym systemie radiolokacyjnym obrony powietrznej oraz zaprezentowano koncepcję systemu pozwalającego na racjonalne wykorzystanie zalet tych urządzeń.

Conditions for making use of radars difficult to defect in existing air defence radar system in combat have been presented in the article and a concept of a system allowing taking reasonable advantage of the qualities of these devices has been proposed.
