The purpose and scope of this paper is to present the demand of Polish waters for the boat MoB MEDS the Mobile Base of the Marine Emergency Diving Service, which would enable necessary underwater works (repairs and inspections) for ships requiring immediate assistance. The MoB MEDS boat could also protect sensitive sea areas against potential oil and / or chemical spills from the ship, which could seriously threaten the safety of human life, the safety of navigation and the protection of the natural environment with its unique ecological values. Mentioned demand is supported by the analysis of selected statistical data on maritime accidents in Polish waters and planned maritime investments.

W pracy przedstawiono koncepcję amortyzacji dobiegu siłownika pneumatycznego zrealizowaną na drodze niezależnego napełniania i opróżniania komory czynnej i biernej. Przedstawiono również rozwiązanie problemu modelowania siłownika pneumatycznego opartego na stworzeniu środowiska do symulacji procesów ruchu tłoka przy różnych koncepcjach sterowania.

This paper presents a concept of braking a pneumatic actuator realized by independent filling and emptying of the active and passive chambers. A solution to the problem of modelling a pneumatic actuator was also proposed, based on what, a software environment for simulating piston movement at different concepts of control, was made.

In order to increase the production efficiency, the discrete manufacturing processes tend to have higher and higher speed, therefore producers of actuators for such processes have to manufacture devices that could achieve higher and higher velocity. This paper presents the analysis of the servomotor driver breaking processes implemented with the use of typing breaking devices, as well as the comparison of the breaking process with the one that ensures the dynamic overload minimization. The systems of the velocity control have also been presented that can be applied instead of the special - construction shock absorbers, and simultaneously give us the possibility to inlluence the braking process itself during the system operation.

Wynikająca z dążenia do polepszania wydajności produkcji tendencja zwiększania szybkości realizacji dyskretnych procesów produkcyjnych zmusza producentów elementów wykonawczych do konstruowania elementów zdolnych do osiągania coraz większych predkości. W niniejszej pracy przedstawiono analizę procesów hamowania napędów silownikowych, realizowanych z wykorzystaniem typowych urządzeń hamujących i porównanie z przebiegiem procesu hamowania zapewniającego minimalizację przeciążeń dynamicznych. Przedstawiono również systemy sterowania predkością które, mogą być stosowane zamiast amortyzatorów dając jednocześnie możliwość wpływania na sam proces hamowania w trakcie pracy układu.
