Based on computations it is confirmed that in sewers constructed in invert slopes specified in the way ensuring sediment transport capability for full height flow this ability is not going to be disturbed as long as the height of flow will not drop below fifty percent of the sewer height. Below this value lower heights of flow result in decrease of ability of sediment transportation. These conclusions were proved previously by Nalluri and Dąbrowski for any sewer shape but only when the Manning formula was applicable. Now a confirmation is received for circular sewers and the Colebrook - White equation which can be used for all characters of flow.
