Effect of nitrogen content on physical properties of glass fiber reinforced polyamide 6 prepared by microcellular injection molding

The aim of the study was to determine the effect of the amount of nitrogen dosed in supercritical state to polymer melt on structure and physical properties of large-scale molded pieces from polyamide PA 6 GF30, obtained in the process of microcellular injection molding with gas dosage using MuCell® method. Apart from the reduction of the density at a level of about 15 % for samples with the highest nitrogen content, the increase of the impact resistance of samples PA 6 GF30 was observed. The other investigated mechanical properties were maintained at a good level.

Określano wpływ ilości azotu, dozowanego w stanie nadkrytycznym do stopu polimerowego, na strukturę i właściwości wielkogabarytowych wyprasek wytworzonych w procesie wtryskiwania mikroporującego metodą MuCell® z poliamidu 6 zawierającego 30 % mas. krótkich włókien szklanych (PA6 GF30). Stwierdzono zmniejszenie o ok. 15 % gęstości próbek z największą zawartością azotu oraz wzrost udarności otrzymanych wyprasek PA6 GF30, przy zachowaniu na dobrym poziomie pozostałych właściwości wytrzymałościowych.

Worsened quality of supplied as well as demanded electricity causes in reality a large financial loss. The main quality parameters monitored today are voltage dips and interruptions. In this context there are relevant statistics of measurement results and especially the possibility of their improvement by using Dynamic Voltage Restorer, for which we have proposed a possible method of control. The proposed regulation DVR is based on Park transformation of immediate values of voltage in network and its feedback transformation. The method is shown and verified on simulation model.

Pogorszenie jakości dostarczanej jak również zapotrzebowanej energii elektrycznej powoduje powstawanie dużych strat finansowych. Podstawowymi parametrami jakościowymi monitorowanymi obecnie są spadki napięcia i przerwy w zasilaniu. W tym kontekście istnieją adekwatne statystyki pomiarowe, a w szczególności możliwości ich poprawy poprzez użycie dynamicznego układu odtwarzania napięcia (DVR), dla którego zaproponowaliśmy metodę sterowania. Proponowana metoda sterowania układem DVR bazuje na transformacji Parka wartości chwilowych napięcia w sieci i ich transformacji odwrotnej. Metoda została przedstawiona i zweryfikowana na modelu symulacyjnym.

This paper deals with three methods of determination of reference current for control of single-phase active filters. All this methods are based on the idea that an ordinary single-phase (system) quantity can be complemented by a fictitious second phase so that both of them will create an orthogonal and orthonormal system.

Artykuł traktuje o trzech metodach ustalania prądu odniesienia do sterowania jednofazowym filtrem aktywnym. Wszystkie te metody bazują na założeniu, że zwykły układ jednofazowy może być uzupełniony przez fikcyjną drugą fazę tak, że obie tworzą układ ortogonalny i ortonormalny.
