W artykule zaprezentowano metodę budowy strategii komercjalizacji dla rozwiązania będącego wynikiem badań naukowych. Omawiana technologia jest na wczesnym etapie rozwoju. Opracowana metoda komercjalizacji ma pozwolić na prawidłowe spozycjonowanie przyszłego produktu na globalnym rynku. Proces komercjalizacji ma w przyszłości również przynieść odpowiednie dochody twórcom i zabezpieczyć ich prawa majątkowe.

The paper presents a method of commercialization strategy. The strategy is dedicated for a technology being a result of scientific research. The technology is at an early stage of development. The method of commercialization allow the high position of the final product on the global market. In the future the commercialization process should also bring the authors adequate income and protect their property rights.

W artykule podjęto próbę analizy i oceny możliwości komercjalizacji innowacyjnej technologii odzysku ciepła w kabinach lakierniczych, opracowanej na Wydziale Techniki Morskiej i Transportu Zachodniopomorskiego Uniwersytetu Technologicznego w Szczecinie. Innowacyjność technologii odzysku ciepła w kabinach lakierniczych w stosunku do innych rozwiązań odzysku ciepła opartych na rekuperatorach krzyżowych polega na zapewnieniu utrzymania niezmiennej sprawności odzysku ciepła przez cały okres eksploatacji kabiny lakierniczej. Ocenę potencjału komercyjnego opracowanej technologii przeprowadzono w oparciu o metodę Quicklook i analizę SWOT.

This article attempts to analyse and assess the feasibility of commercializing an innovative heat recovery technology in spray booths, developed at the Department of Maritime and Transport West Pomeranian Uni-versity of Technology in Szczecin. Innovation of technology heat recovery in spray booths in relation to the other solutions of heat recovery based on cross recuperators is to ensure the maintenance of constant efficiency of heat recovery through the life of the paint booth. The evaluation of the commercial potential of this technology was conducted based on the method Quicklook and SWOT analysis.

Głównym celem niniejszego artykułu jest przedstawienie koncepcji modelu symulacyjnego, który pozwoli na integrację różnych podejść i metod stosowanych w ocenie oddziaływania inwestycji w infrastrukturę transportu na bezpieczeństwo ekologiczne oraz umożliwi jednoczesne szacowanie wszystkich skutków wywieranych przez daną inwestycję na środowisko w ujęciu dynamicznym. W artykule omówione zostały również zagrożenia jakie niosą inwestycje w infrastrukturę transportu na środowisko w aspekcie bezpieczeństwa ekologicznego.

The main objective of this article is to present the concept of a simulation model which will integrate various approaches and methods applied in evaluation investments in transport infrastructure impact on ecological safety. The model enables the researchers to estimate simultaneously all the environmental effects of an investment in terms of their dynamics. The article also discusses the ecological threats of investment in transport infrastructure.

W opinii autorek artykułu, instrumentem ułatwiającym zarówno wydanie decyzji o środowiskowych uwarunkowaniach, może być system symulacyjny oparty na modelu symulacyjnym zbudowanym w konwencji metody dynamiki systemowej. System taki pozwoliłby na integrację różnych podejść i metod stosowanych w ocenie oddziaływania przedsięwzięć na środowisko oraz umożliwiałby jednoczesne szacowanie wszystkich skutków wywoływanych przez daną inwestycję na środowisko w ujęciu dynamicznym. Celem artykułu było zaprezentowanie koncepcji takiego systemu w kontekście problemów oceny oddziaływania inwestycji infrastrukturalnych na środowisko naturalne.

Artykuł prezentuje koncepcję modelu symulacyjnego do oceny oddziaływania inwestycji transportowych na środowisko naturalne. Model został skonstruowany w konwencji dynamiki systemowej, która jest metodą modelowania symulacyjnego stosowaną do analizy problemów słabo ustrukturalizowanych, o dużej liczbie współzależności między elementami. Niektóre ze skutków inwestycji transportowych, pojawiających się w środowisku, można zmierzyć i/lub wyliczyć za pomocą konkretnych metod (skutki mierzalne/ilościowe), dla innych zaś możliwe jest tylko określenie intensywności wpływu (skutki niemierzalne/jakościowe), a są na tyle ważne, że należy je ujmować w ocenie. Głównym celem artykułu jest analiza możliwości ujmowania elementów jakościowych w proponowanym modelu i ich integracja z elementami ilościowymi.

This paper presents the concept of a simulation model for assessing the impact of transport investment on the environment. The model is constructed in a convention of System Dynamics, which is the simulation modeling method used to analyze the problems poorly structured, with a large number of dependencies between components. Some of the effects of transport investments appearing in the environment can be measured and/or calculated by using concrete methods (measurable/quantitative effects). For others it is only possible to determine the intensity of the impact (immeasurable / qualitative effects). However, they are so important that they should be included in the assessment. The main objective of this paper is to analyze the possibility of including the qualitative elements in the proposed model and their integration with quantitative elements.

Common transport policy of European Union has been searching for many years for effective tools to reduce environmental hazards caused by transport. One of such tools is the assessment of the impact of various projects, including investment in transport infrastructure, on the environment, so called environmental impact assessment (EIA). Because of its multi-level methodology, EIA requires the use of different methods. Some of them are quite simple methods, others are very complex and only partially supported by computers. This is a big obstacle at a large number of different criteria and their implications, to be taken into account in assessing the impact of investment in transport infrastructure on the environment. Therefore arises problem: how to integrate different approaches and methods used in the EIA in a methodical system, and present their results in a manner understandable to all participants of the process? The primary objective of the paper is to present the concept of system-dynamics modular modelling allowing the integration of different approaches and methods used in EIA in relation to investment in transport infrastructure. Additionally, the idea of simulation model, built according to the proposed conception is presented.
