Celem opracowania jest ocena wpływu relacji wewnątrzgrupowych w zespole siatkarzy WSOSP na osiągane przez nich wyniki sportowe. W artykule podjęta została próba odpowiedzi na następujące pytania badawcze: Jakie są relacje wewnątrzgrupowe w zespole siatkarzy WSOSP?, Jaki styl kierowania preferuje trener badanego zespołu, na podstawie oceny jego członków (siatkarzy)?, Jakie są relacje między trenerem a zawodnikami w badanym zespole piłki siatkowej WSOSP? Czy relacje wewnątrzgrupowe warunkują wyniki sportowe osiągane przez zespół siatkarzy? Przeprowadzone badania w zespole siatkarzy WSOSP mogą być cennym źródłem informacji nie tylko dla trenera tej drużyny, ale i innych szkoleniowców podobnych akademickich zespołów siatkarzy.

The aim of the above work is to evaluate the influence of the interpersonal relationship in the WSOSP volleyball team on the results obtained. In this paper the attempt has been made to answer the following research questions: What are the interpersonal relationships in the WSOSP volleyball team?, What style of management is preferred by the coach of the team examined on the basis of the team members’ (volleyball players’) evaluation?, What are the relations between the coach and players in the team examined?, Is there any correlation between the interpersonal relationships and the sports results obtained by the team? The research conducted in the WSOSP volleyball team may be a valuable source of information not only for the team’s coach but also for the coaches of other similar academic teams.
