The correct evaluation of proper organization requires practicaly an apprioprite comparison to the best international organizations. As Japaneses we used American and other sources of information. Some conclusions are very simple. Successful organizations achieve always the trust of customers, they react flexible on changes appearing in the environment. Normally they utilize very clear policy called as "customer orientation". The own corporate culture is very characteristic for the best international companies. The policy of "employee orientation" is additional aspect realized in such companies. The positive motivation and stimulation is applied in any opportunity. Authorities and responsibilities are delegated to subordinates in aim to enforce their values and capabilities. The creativity is promoted: new product are constantly developed. So called "masters" are treated as positive examples for employees. The practical experiences are always very highly recognized. They are normal features of TQM approach. Only one condition is necessary for the succes: simply action. All reflexions and suggestions of this kind are in the publication demonstrated.
