Przedstawione systemowe podejście do logistyki miejskiej, oparte na funkcji kryterialnej, wymaga prowadzenia ciągłej oraz okresowej akwizycji danych o ruchu pojazdów. System akwizycji powinien także umożliwiać rejestrację i analizę procesów przekazywania towarów konsumpcyjnych, odpadów komunalnych, wykorzystania zastrzeżonych miejsc postojowych itp. Przedstawiono wybrane systemy identyfikacji strumieni pojazdów i omówiono ich przydatność dla celów logistyki miejskiej.

Effectiveness of city logistic solutions should be evaluable. A criterion function has been presented. Important operational data needed to evaluate the solutions can be obtained from traffic monitoring systems. Some of the monitoring systems can be used for gathering other data important for the evaluation. The systems are discussed in aspect of evaluation modifications of traffic engineering solutions influence on city logistics and acquisition of other data valuable for city logistics projects.

Transport kontenerowy ma kluczowe znaczenie w logistyce. Intermodalne terminale kontenerowe stają się newralgicznymi węzłami sieci logistycznych. Algorytmy zarządzania terminalami nie uwzględniają parametrów techniczno-eksploatacyjnych UTB. Brak jest także algorytmów wyboru rozwiązań technicznych oraz doboru parametrów UTB do określonych zadań transportu wewnętrznego w terminalach. Szybki wzrost globalnego obrotu towarów konteneryzowanych wymaga wprowadzenia rozwiązań HL w transporcie kontenerowym. Przedstawiono kierunki rozwoju HL w centrach kontenerowych.

A crucial competitive adventure is rapid turnover of the boxes which implies great importance of proper selection and assignment of technical equipment to categorised tasks. Rozwiązanie problemów wymaga współpracy niezależnych operatorów logistycznych oraz administracji lokalnej. Doświadczenia miast europejskich w tym zakresie pokazują na duży wpływ warunków lokalnych oraz brak uniwersalnego rozwiązania.

Urban logistics UL deals with people conveying and consumable goods flow throughout a tight network of dense and independently traffic controlled network of streets connecting a large number of destination points and pick-up points, at daily, weekly and seasonal traffic fluctuation. City logistics CL is a very crucial part of the UL logistics. City logistics CL is being derived because of the downtown specific traffic conditions influenced by crowded pedestrians areas, narrow streets, concentration of services and shops, area pollution and aesthetics of the representative area. Organizational and technical solutions planned for City of Gdynia are presented.

Logistyka inwestycji gospodarczych wymaga współpracy logistyków organizatorów SL oraz techników HL. Celem tej współpracy, opartej na podziale kompetencji, powinno być uzyskanie oczywistego celu: realizacji inwestycji bez przekroczenia budżetu, przy uzyskaniu założonego potencjału eksploatacyjnego. Brak takiej współpracy uniemożliwia osiągnięcie tego celu.

Investments in new logistic container terminals need involvement of logistic organizational and technical solutions from the very first stage of project. It means necessity of numerous problems being solved together by a team of logistic experts in organization SL (SoftLogistics) and technique HL (HardLogistics). Because of delivery time of a brand-new crane, to accelerate commissioning second-hand cranes are employed. In such cases, the role of HL can increase significantly. Adaptation of the used equipment done improperly can cause loses and postpones the exploitation. Another point of HL importance are EU directives. Technical knowledge is necessary to understanding and applying the New Approach regulations. Neglect of the directives generate unavoidably loses of time and money. Regarding the cranes as tools for achieving organizational aims, close co-operation between SL and HL logistics is vivid.

Wprowadzenie swobodnego przepływu towarów i usług na obszarze Unii Europejskiej stworzyło zagrożenie bezpieczeństwa wskutek obrotu urządzeniami o różnym stopniu bezpieczeństwa eksploatacji bądź opisanymi lub oznakowanymi w sposób niejednoznacznie czytelny na całym obszarze UE. W celu redukcji tego zagrożenia został ustanowiony system prawny oparty na dyrektywach, ujednolicający (harmonizujący) wymagania w zakresie bezpieczeństwa osób i środowiska na obszarach państw członkowskich.

The CE-marking following a declaration of conformity with applicable directives ensures users that European safety standard is achieved. Global Approach has been accepted by EC members to manage the safety system. Nevertheless, application of the directives could cause difficulties, especially in project manager practice.

The development of the theory of distribution organisation, SoftLogistics SL, bas reached the stage, where it bas become necessary to consider the physical features of distribution tools, such as trucks and material handling equipment. There ale a number of technical solutions of HardLogistics SL, considerably increasing the economical effectiveness of the whole supply chain. The problem discussed in the paper treats the whole supply chain, but it is most important in the area of the supply network, where connections between means of transportation (trucks) and materials handling equipment (craned and forklifts) ale most vital.

Rozwój teorii organizacji odstaw dystrybucyjnych SoflLogistics SL osiągnął stan, przy którym niezbędne stało się uwzględnienie cech fizycznych narzędzi dystrybucji, jakimi m.in. są pojazdy samochodowe oraz urządzenia przeładunkowe. Istnieje wiele rozwiązań technicznych logistyki narzędziowej HardLogistics SL, wpływających w istotny sposób na efektywność ekonomiczną całego łańcucha dostaw. Problem poruszony w referacie dotyczy całego łańcucha logistycznego, jednakże największe znaczenie ma w sieci dystrybucji, gdzie stopień powiązania środków transportu dalekiego (pojazdów samochodowych) ze środkami transportu bliskiego (urządzeniami przeładunkowymi) jest największy.

Przepisy ochrony środowiska obowiązujące w Unii Europejskiej wymuszają podjęcie skomplikowanych przedsięwzięć logistycznych w zakresie gospodarki odpadami w Polsce. Szacuje się, że co roku przybywa w Polsce 120 mln ton odpadów. Rynek odpadów podlegających przetwarzaniu, o znacznym udziale odpadów komunalnych, jest szacowany na 150 tys. ton rocznie. Artykuł poświęcony jest wybranym problemom logistyki HL w sferze usuwania odpadów komunalnych.

Household waste collection is the backbone of the municipal ecologistics. Municipal waste transport system management consists of trip planning accordingly to household locations, waste container types, street traffic organisation, waste equipmen and treatment, storage and disposal facilities locations as well as local customs, costs and prices. Ecologistic haulage can be regarded as business organisation network. Transportation logistics is based on a networked system which can be set by solving the travelling salesman problem. Therefor a networked system is regarded based on a real situation in a newly set habibant district. An example presented shows a solution of a network with weighted edges and vertices applied to waste collection task around the residential quarter area.

Niedostatecznie skrupulatna analiza warunków montażu zewnętrznego może prowadzić nie tylko do komplikacji organizacyjnych, lecz stwarza także zagrożenie dla be/piecznego przebiegu prac montażowych lub wręcz kończy się katastrofą.

Erection at sile is the most important stage of manufacturing. Costs of a mistake at the site can be equal to the appliance price. The importance of assembly procedure and quality of its execution is often neglected even b\ well known manufacturers. The erection team do usually their routine work accordingly their standard procedure. Each erection site differs from another and the differences can excesses beyond the standard safety margin. The less standard erection conditions, the more preparation for assembly work is needed. In the paper, there arc presented two non-standard cases of erection. One of them was broken by a serious accident, which occurred as a result of routine erection procedure and execution. Some remarks and conclusions are included.

A procedure of setting up the loader should be based on technical data, against a background of business environment. Effective solution of materials handling problems is also related to other parts of logistic system and it is regarded as a hard logistics HL task.

Growing out of engineering, globalisation of supply chains and informatics, logistics, understood as physical distribution management, has significantly improved software of interface and interaction within the whole organization including external companies. Logistics must work effectively. Though growing out of engineering, interactions between the organisational part of logistics SoftLogistics SL and the technologic one - HardLogistics HL, have been neglected. The proper interactions means harmonised software and hardware logistics. A precise tuning, with an emphasis on HL, is important for the whole supply chain success, and it is even essential for the distribution network. Distribution service has become a critical issue. Distributors are making things happen more accurately and in respect with customers demands for service. As vendors, they are usually given short time order, precisely defined delivery time and even demands on handling delivered goods onto specific location. Truck loaders are commonly used in logistic distribution of palletised goods. A loader installed on truck enables the driver himself to handle the loads from or to locations inaccessible for other means, as forklifts. On the other hand, loaders - the foldable knuckle boom cranes set-up for trucks, have disadvantages, as for example significant reduction of the truck pay-load (up to 50%), load deck area by 20%, or extra operational costs. This materials handling equipment is usually chosen taking into consideration only its main technical data, the loader manufacturer and the price and neglecting most of basic technical and operational factors. Such a way of selection does not guarantee the best-to-job selected loader. A procedure of setting up the loader should be based on technical data, against a background of business environment. A method presented enables a truck fleet manager to select the most effective truck loader in respect with alternative market forecast. The approach takes into consideration influence of loader weight, operational costs, insurance, service expenses, residual value etc., in amount of 64 factors. The procedure bases on defined truck and truck loader. The primary task yet is to select properly a loader manufacturer and a model of loader. It is essential to elaborate proper metrics which should base on main loader characteristic as fit-to-weight ratio, broadest range available, way of control, boom configuration against specific customer requirements. A proper selection making is then to be done in cooperation with SL specialists and HL experts, [t is obvious the team members should understand each other and that their expertise should have to to overlap both logistic organisation tasks and technology possibilities available. Effective solution of materials handling problem is also related to other parts of logistic systems. It can boost Hardware Logistics and is probably the key to keep logistics growing.
