Omówiono możliwości powiększania pojemności istniejących zbiorników zaporowych, w szczególności poprzez podwyższenie poziomu piętrzenia. Zwrócono uwagę na zastosowanie przelewów labiryntowych i innych rozwiniętych w planie, w tym wywrotnych stawideł. Przytaczając charakterystyki wybranych zbiorników zaporowych w Polsce, wskazano na możliwości podniesienia na nich normalnego poziomu piętrzenia (NPP).

The paper discusses the possibility of increasing the capacity of the existing dam reservoirs, in particular by increasing the damming level. The authors point out to the application of labyrinth weirs and other [solutions] developed in the plan, including subversive ponds. Quoting the characteristics of selected dam reservoirs in Poland, the paper indicates that there is a possibility to increase the normal water damming level.

Przedstawione zostały proces kodowania i dekodowania symbolu oraz wyniki testów. W artykule został również zawarty przegląd literatury z dziedziny metod zwiększania pojemności kodów QR.

The article presents the author’s method of increasing the QR code capacity through using their property of being readable from any perspective. The symbol encoding and decoding process and test results are presented. The article also includes a literature review in the field of method of increasing the QR code capacity.

In order to improve the quality of passenger service at an airport terminal it is necessary to continuously monitor the level of the services rendered. Devising a strategy for the process of modernization or extension of an airport, with a view to maintaining or elevating the standards offered, requires a skilled determination of the investment commencement time. The rationale behind such investments is a deliberate prognosis of changes in the numbers of passengers visiting the airport in order to avoid exceeding maximum capacity at peak times. The launch of construction works while maintaining continuity of operations at the airport is connected with a conscious utilization of any available spatial reserves within the existing structures. Analyses of flows of users receiving services in various zones of a building, in consideration of the limit values set for the appropriate standards, are some of the tools that facilitate their proper design. Design that includes the statistical trends of changes in the amount of users receiving service requires a responsible and conscious decision making around the shaping of relations between spatial arrangements and auxiliary technologies. The paper presents different methods of working with large quantities of information which the designer must analyze and comprehend. The aim is to make sound investment and design decisions that would precede and prevent the loss of efficiency and performance in relation to the satisfaction of users.

W celu poprawy jakości obsługi pasażerów w terminalach lotniczych konieczne jest ciągłe monitorowanie poziomu świadczonych usług. Opracowywanie strategii modernizacji lub rozbudowy portu lotniczego, w celu zachowania lub podniesienia oferowanych standardów, wymaga umiejętnego określenia czasu rozpoczęcia inwestycji. Uzasadnieniem do rozpoczęcia prac inwestycyjnych jest świadome prognozowanie zmian w ilości klientów portu lotniczego w celu uniknięcia przekraczania jego maksymalnej pojemności w szczytach przewozowych. Inicjowanie prac budowlanych z koniecznością utrzymania ciągłości pracy portu wiąże się ze świadomym wykorzystaniem dostępnych rezerw przestrzennych w istniejących strukturach budowlanych. Analizy strumieni użytkowników obsługiwanych w różnych strefach budynku z uwzględnieniem wartości granicznych dla standardów w jakich się to odbywa jest jednym z narzędzi wspomagających ich prawidłowe projektowanie. Projektowanie z uwzględnieniem statystycznych trendów zmian w ilości obsługiwanych użytkowników wymaga odpowiedzialnego i świadomego podejmowania decyzji dotyczących kształtowania powiązań pomiędzy układami przestrzennymi i technologiami wspomagającymi. Artykuł jest prezentacją metod pracy z dużymi ilościami informacji które projektant musi przeanalizować i zrozumieć. Celem jest podejmowanie odpowiednich decyzji inwestycyjnych i projektowych wyprzedzających w czasie utratę sprawności i efektywności w relacji do satysfakcji użytkowników.
