Corporate social responsibility and employee loyalty: Role of pride and commitment

Recently, corporate social responsibility (CSR) is one of the most important issues that have received the attention of our whole society in all sectors. The current research attempts to examine the influence mechanism of corporate social responsibility on the loyalty of employees who work in the firms. This research also clarifies the mediating effects of employees' pride perception and commitment in the relationship between CSR performance of the firms and employees' loyalty intention. This research collected data through questionnaire survey using a convenient sampling method with the respondents who are employees in small and medium firms in Hanoi city, capital of Vietnam. Finally, 210 valid questionnaires collected that were utilized to test the hypothesis applying PLS-SEM approach with SmartPLS software. The results showed that CSR does not directly affect employees loyalty behavior, but via the mediating effects of employees' pride perception and commitment with the firms. Moreover, perceived pride of employees has no direct effect on employees' loyalty behaviors with the firms.

Work life balance (WLB) is viewed as a vital component comparable to employee performance. The study goal is to survey on WLB as it influence current work organization. The examination work tried to investigate broadly whether there is connection between work adaptability and nature of yield, manager/representative link and expanded efficiency, working condition and the pace of yield and in conclusion professional stability and employee retention. Consequently the examination demonstrated that work adaptability, business/representative relationship, working condition and professional stability have a constructive outcome on improved nature of yield, expanded efficiency, pace of yield between representatives, employee retention. The discoveries indicated that: employees respond contrarily when they encounter work life imbalance and that administration ought to receive WLB activities to upgrade worker execution. From the examination discoveries, it is presumed that WLB is of noteworthy pith to current work organizations.

Artykuł przedstawia podstawowe dane charakteryzujące aktywa obrotowe przedsiębiorstw, ich wartość, strukturę i dynamikę zmian. Wskazano także na związek oraz wzajemne uwarunkowania aktywów obrotowych i funkcjonowanie procesów logistycznych. Aktywa obrotowe przedsiębiorstw średnich i dużych na koniec 2018 r. przekroczyły wartość 1 bln zł i stanowią 40% całości majątku przedsiębiorstw. W okresie ostatnich 3 lat wysokie tempo wzrostu tych aktywów spowodowało obniżenie ich produktywności, pogorszenie efektywności funkcjonowania przedsiębiorstw. Przyrost zapasów angażował blisko 30% całego przyrostu PKB. W tekście wskazano na związek funkcjonowania procesów logistycznych z poziomem i strukturą aktywów, a także płynnością finansową, aczkolwiek pomiar ilościowy wpływu tych procesów jest bardzo trudny, może być zrealizowany w konkretnym przedsiębiorstwie.

The text presents basic data that characterises current assets of enterprises, their value, structure and change dynamics. Mutual links between current assets and Logistics processes were also pointed out. Current assets of medium and large enterprises exceeded 1 trillion PLN at the end of 2018 and amounted to 40% of companies' total assets. Over the last 3 years, high increase of those assets caused the deterioration of productivity and effectiveness of enterprises. Increase in the value of inventories generated almost 30% of the increase in the GDP. The relationship between the functioning of logistics processes and the level and structure of assets, as well as financial liquidity, was pointed out. However, quantitative measurement of the influence of those processes is very challenging and hence only possible in case of individual enterprises.

Lack of implementation of the maintenance obligation is becoming an increasingly important social problem. The article shows various legal institutions which are to help satisfying the needs of people entitled to alimony who do not get them, and who are not able to stand by themselves. The aim of the paper is to present ways to help such people, both in the light of public and private law. The article discusses the conditions that have to be met in order to be allowed to get public support.

Program SAPARD : commitments and payments according to individual provisions before the acceptance of the Slovak Republic into the European Union

This article explains the technique of redistribution of public resources from the SAPARD programme under individual provisions and regions of the Slovak Republic. Moreover, the article clarifies reasons of failure of individual project plans. Profit-making projects and reasons of rejections of applications for financial support under the SAPARD programme were subject to deeper analysis. On the basis of analysed data there can be observed the flow of public resources to areas with profit-making agriculture (Nitra and Trnava regions). The disproportion of drawing the financial resources during the monitored period of 2003 and 2004 was only confirmed and probably will be deepening in next years in disadvantage of companies economising in worse natural conditions. The most surprising was the inability of agricultural subjects covering the breeding of the livestock as well as the production and processing of fruits and vegetables to submit a complete project under the provision no. 1, that could be acceptable from the formal aspect to the SAPARD Agency (up to 43 applications were incomplete).

W artykule opisano techniki redystrybucji środków publicznych z programu SAPARD na podstawie poszczególnych przepisów i regionów Republiki Słowackiej. Ponadto, artykuł wyjaśnia przyczyny awarii indywidualnych planów projektu. Profit-tworzenie projektów i przyczyny odrzucenia wniosków o wsparcie finansowe w ramach programu SAPARD były przedmiotem głębszej analizy. Na podstawie analizowanych danych nie można obserwować przepływ środków publicznych na obszarach o zysk rolnictwa (regionach Nitra i Trnava). Dysproporcja rysunku środków finansowych w okresie podlegającym kontroli z 2003 i 2004 zostało to jedynie potwierdzone i prawdopodobnie będzie pogłębienie w najbliższych latach w niekorzystnej sytuacji przedsiębiorstw oszczędzania w gorszych warunkach naturalnych. Najbardziej zaskakująca była niezdolność rolnych tematy dotyczące hodowli zwierząt gospodarskich, a także produkcji i przetwórstwa owoców i warzyw do złożenia pełnego projektu w ramach świadczenia numer 1, które mogą być przyjęte z formalnym do Agencji SAPARD (do 43 wnioski były niekompletne).
