Przedstawiono wyniki badań w zakresie możliwości integracji dwóch normatywnych systemów zarządzania obejmujących system środowiskowy oraz system zarządzania energią. Wykazano koherentność oraz tożsamość obydwu systemów z zaznaczeniem, że system środowiskowy ma bardziej holistyczny charakter. Wynika to z wymagań dotyczących aspektów środowiskowych, które w ogromnej większości odnoszą się także do kwestii energetycznych. Wskazano na korzyści, jakie niesie jeden spójny, zintegrowany system w porównaniu z systemami rozproszonymi.

A systematic review of the literature and internal documentation was carried out using the content anal. method and self-observation to test the possibility of integrating two normative management systems including an environmental system and an energy management system. The research was carried out in a company from the chem. sector, producing fertilizers and chemicals. The consistency and identity of both systems was demonstrated, with the indication that the environmental system was more holistic. The advantages of one coherent, integrated system over distributed systems were indicated.

Many organizations involved in the supply chain implement standardized management systems, which include, among other things, purchase requirements. The requirements of the quality management, environmental management, safety and occupational health management and food safety management systems were analysed with regard to the process of purchasing and supplier collaboration. On this basis, the influence of implementation of the standardized management systems on the quality of cooperation with suppliers was defined.

The article starts off with a detailed presentation of various interpretations of stakeholders and goes on to discuss how standardised management systems can support the process of developing stakeholder relations. Three management systems are considered: quality management (PN-EN ISO 9001:2001), environmental management (PN-EN ISO 14001:1998), and labour safety management (PN-N 18001:1999). The article finishes with defining the ways in which each stakeholder group can influence standardised management systems.
