Artykuł prezentuje zagadnienie narracji i antynarracji w architekturze na podstawie analizy krytycznej opracowań z dziedziny architektury i narratologii. Zgodnie z dokonanym przeglądem literatury powiązanie narracji i przestrzeni zbudowanej zyskuje na popularności w ostatnich latach. Ma charakter interdyscyplinarny, pozwala na łączenie form architektonicznych i rozwiązań przestrzennych z odbiorem przestrzeni zarówno bezpośrednim w drodze użytkowania, jak i poprzez środki mediów tradycyjnych i społecznych. Lukę badawczą natomiast stanowi przeniesienie pojęcia antynarracji z dziedziny literatury do architektury – mimo że jest ono obecne we współczesnym literaturoznawstwie, a strategie narracyjne, takie jak przemilczenie, minimalizm, hybrydyczność, synkretyzm, achronologia i antyfinalność identyfikowane i charakteryzowane są także we współczesnej architekturze. Artykuł kładzie nacisk na polskie opracowania tematu narracji w architekturze oraz antynarracji w literaturoznawstwie. Odnosi się do badań narracyjnych Wojciecha Bonenberga i Anny Marii Wierzbickiej, a także polemicznych tez Andrzeja Niezabitowkiego. Ma na celu nakreślenie problemu do dalszej dyskusji. Ze względu na wstępny charakter studiów zagadnienia nie scharakteryzowano w nim szczegółowo antynarracyjnych obiektów architektonicznych, ale sformułowano typologię antynarracyjnych środków.

This article presents the issue of narrative and anti-narrative in architecture, based on a critical analysis of studies in architecture and narratology. According to the literaturę review, the link between narrative and built space has been gaining popularity in recent years. It is interdisciplinary in nature and allows the linking of architectural forms and spatial solutions with the perception of space both directly and through the means of traditional and social media. The research gap, on the other hand, is the transfer of the notion of antinarrative from the field of literature to architecture – even though it is present in contemporary literary studies, and narrative strategies such as silence, minimalism, hybridity, syncretism, achronology and anti-finality are also identified and characterised in contemporary architecture. The article focuses on Polish studies of the topic of narrative in architecture and anti-narrative in literary studies. It refers to narrative studies by Wojciech Bonenberg and Anna Maria Wierzbicka, as well as polemical theses by Andrzej Niezabitowski. It aims to outline the problem for further discussion. Due to the preliminary nature of the study, it does not characterise anti-narrative architectural objects in detail, but formulates a typology of anti-narrative measures.

Ceramika budowlana stanowi jeden z najważniejszych materiałów stosowanych w tradycyjnych technikach budowlanych. Dla zobrazowania zagadnienia w niniejszym artykule omówione zostaną wybrane elementy ceramiki budowlanej z oznaczeniami, które zlokalizowano podczas badań terenowych na obszarze województwa lubuskiego. Szczegółowe zestawienie wyników tych badań zawarte zostanie w odrębnym opracowaniu katalogowym.

The article attempts to analyse the phenomenon of signs as implemented in nowadays computers with a cautious look to the future, keeping in mind the historical development and role of the sign in the culture. The drawbacks of the current computer typesetting technology are pointed out. In particular, the insufficiency of Unicode numbering for typography applications, and, most importantly, the “frozen” nature of nowadays glyphs, while such applications as music or calligraphy necessitate either infinite number of glyphs or fundamentally different approach. In his paper, the author supports the latter solution suggesting that the glyphs should be just programs capable of communicating with each other.

Istnienie wspólnotowego rynku wewnętrznego zintensyfikowało działania w zakresie zagwarantowania bezpieczeństwa użytkownikom produktów. Instrumentem gwarantującym ochronę konsumentów są dyrektywy, jednakże coraz bardziej świadomi konsumenci oczekują, a czasem wręcz wymagają, dodatkowych poręczeń ze strony producentów. Przykładem takiej rękojmi są coraz popularniejsze certyfikaty produktowe.

The existence of the internal community market has intensified activities related with guaranteeing safety of products users. Directives are certainly such as an instrument of assuring protection of consumers, but nowadays they are insufficient for demanding market users. Both individual and business customers frequently require the manufacturers to provide some additional proofs of safety. In this context products certificates are becoming more and more popular. They are perceived mainly as an objective evidence of greater products value.
