Metoda taksonomii wrocławskiej w ocenie odbiorników GNSS

Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie koncepcji zastosowania metody taksonomii wrocławskiej w procesie badań zdatności i certyfikacji odbiorników GNSS (ang. Global Navigation Satellite Systems). W pracy opisano ideę taksonomii wrocławskiej wraz z algorytmem określania podobieństw badanych obiektów do obiektu wzorcowego. Poddano analizie zbiór parametrów technicznych odbiorników GNSS pod kątem wyboru cech odbiornika odniesienia. Opisano również algorytm wyliczania podobieństwa badanych odbiorników GNSS w odniesieniu do wzorca. Ponadto przeanalizowano obszary zastosowania prezentowanej koncepcji w praktycznym badaniu zdatności eksploatowanych odbiorników GNSS, sprawdzaniu zgodności parametrów produkowanych odbiorników z wymaganiami funkcjonalno-technicznymi stawianymi na etapie projektowania. W procesie analizy odniesiono się do obowiązujących zaleceń i norm dotyczących badań standaryzacyjnych i akredytacyjnych wyrobów oraz definiujących wymagania stawiane przed odbiornikami GNSS.

The purpose of this article is to present the concept of using Wroclaw Taxonomy in the process of evaluation of availability and certification of GNSS receivers. The idea of Wroclaw Taxonomy is described along with the algorithm of determining the likeness of tested objects and reference objects. An analysis of GNSS receivers’ set of technical parameters was carried out in terms of choosing the characteristics of a standard receiver. An algorithm of calculating the similarity of tested GNSS receivers in reference to the standard receiver is also described. Furthermore, an analysis of areas of application of the presented concept was carried out in practical evaluation of availability of GNSS receivers, verifying the compatibility of parameters of produced receivers with functional and technical requirements posed at the designing stage. In the process of analysis, recommendations concerning standardization and accreditation tests of products as well as the ones defining the requirements for GNSS receivers were taken into account.

Problematyka opracowania dotyczy sposobu realizacji kompleksowych prac scalenia i wymiany gruntów we wsiach podzielonych autostradą. Badania składały się z dwóch etapów. W pierwszym z nich do określenia stopnia destrukcji struktury przestrzennej gruntów we wsiach przeciętych autostradą opracowano algorytm. Określa on kolejność podejmowania prac scalenia i wymiany gruntów we wsiach podzielonych autostradą. W celu ustalenia hierarchizacji podejmowania prac scalenia i wymiany konieczne było określenie odpowiednich zmiennych diagnostycznych związanych bezpośrednio z przebiegiem autostrady przez badaną wieś. Następnie, korzystając z metody bez wzorca, opartej na procedurze unitaryzacji zerowej bez redukcji zbioru zmiennych (bez redukcji API), można zbadać, w jakiej kolejności trzeba rozpocząć realizację tych prac w danej wsi. Drugim etapem badań było opracowanie sposobu prowadzenia kompleksowych prac scalenia i wymiany gruntów we wsiach podzielonych autostradą, z wyszczególnieniem etapów, faz i zadań.

This paper issue relates to the method of implementing complex work of consolidation and exchange of land in the villages divided by a highway. The study consisted of two stages. In the first one, in order to determine the degree of destruction of land spatial structure in villages crossed by a highway an algorithm was developed. It specifies the order necessary to undertake consolidation and exchange land in the villages divided by the highway. In order to determine the hierarchy of undertaking consolidation and exchange work, it was necessary to determine the appropriate diagnostic variables directly related to the route of the highway through the analyzed village. Then, using the method without a pattern, based on the zero unitarisation procedure without reducing the set of variables (without API reduction), you can examine what order you have to follow to complement this work in the analyzed village. The second stage of the study was to develop a method of realizing complex work of consolidation and exchange of land in the villages divided by the highway including the division into stages, phases and tasks.

W artykule omówiono dobór zmiennych diagnostycznych, opisujących potencjał rozwojowy przedsiębiorstw. Miernikiem rzetelności, trafności oraz przydatności oceny możliwości rozwojowych firmy jest między innymi właściwy dobór cech diagnostycznych. Wyłoniony zbiór zmiennych w sposób wierny i dokładny odzwierciedla rzeczywistość. Badania zostały przeprowadzone na grupie 35 przedsiębiorstw branży budowlanej, analizie poddano wyniki firm uzyskane w latach 1998-2000r.

In the article, selection of diagnostic variables describing potential of companies for development is discussed. Proper selection of diagnostic features is among other things a measure reliability, accuracy as well as usefulness of assessment of a company's potential for development. The set of obtained variables corresponds with the facts in an accurate and precise way. The research has been done on 35 building companies and their performance during 1998 to 2000 period was analysed.
