W artykule opisano zastosowanie sterowania adaptacyjnego do automatycznej regulacji temperatury w piecu do wypału płytek ceramicznych. Scharakteryzowano dotychczas stosowane techniki regulacji PID, sytuacje ruchowe w sektorze pieca, określono wady takiego rozwiązania i wady produktów powstające w wyniku wahań temperatury w komorze pieca. Zaproponowano rozwiązanie problemu polegające na zastosowaniu regulacji adaptacyjnej, omówiono jej cechy charakterystyczne, sposób doboru parametrów i procedurę ich zmiany w funkcji zmiennej wiodącej, jak również prowadzenie ruchu pieca przy zastosowaniu regulacji adaptacyjnej.

The article describes the use of adaptive control for regulation of the temperature in the kiln for firing the ceramic tiles. It describes the PID technology used before and material movement cases in the kiln chamber zone, and also determines defects in the solutions used before and product defects resulting from temperature fluctuations in the kiln chamber. The article presents the problem solution involving the use of adaptive control, its characteristics, guidelines for selecting the parameters, and procedure of their changes as a function of the scheduling variable, as well as the operation of the kiln using adaptive control, simulation studies.
