New original system for fatigue and static testing of microobjects (MFS) designed and developed for determination of material and object mechanical properties with the use of very small specimens and the nanoscale accuracy was presented in the paper. The MFS system consist of fatigue and static nanodrive, static microdrive, digital image correlation strain measurement unit (DIC), fiber optic laser grating interfer- ometer for strain measurement (LFI), precise grips and positioning units and fully automated control system. The MFS system enables determination a lot of static and fatigue material properties, among other static stress-strain curve, cyclic stress-strain curve, stress-life curve, strain-life curve. Example results of fatigue testing of different microobject were shown in the paper.
