In the paper on the base of case study of manufacturing process in civil engineering firm and available domain literature one can proof that applied computing solutions for manufacturing production support are not fully used in practice of enterprise management. There were describe some aspects of unusual usage of computer methods to support block machines and manufacturing moulds management by creation a number of appropriate measures and indexes. In the paper one can presented potential possibilities of the computing system. Namely, in the frame of introduced computing system statistical data concerning single shifts of a given product can be grouped and on this base one can conclude about productivity and manufacture quality. However currently, elements concerning recording a number of empty tops or tops including products not satisfying norms are omitted. Taking attention that shift report is closed before final evaluation of product quality there is no possibilities to complete mentioned above analysed data. Hence, information on a level of products quality, productivity and efficiency is not enough. So, computer programme will be not fully used and its simple modification in this scope is hardly possible. Positive example for usage of IT for CEG-TOR management is supporting management with block machines begin crucial technological elements. It is made through especially dedicated software application. Introduced system enables a comparison of life time of block machines and evaluation of quality of their performance by manufacturers. Received information is used during negotiations with suppliers concerning successive purchases of block machines. So, the findings let conclude that it could be justified to develop some of introduced in CEG-TOR firm tools towards their better adjustment for decision making needs under its specific organizing and technical circumstances what let use more effectively generated reports through the management staff.

Modern production processes oriented on individual clients' orders realization which run in a dynamical changing environment, require efficient organization and proper coordination of logic activities of a company. Matters discussed in this paper, that concentrate in the area of supply and distribution logistic system of production company, concern quick reaction on arising delivery orders, which reliable realization enable needs satisfaction of individual clients, for winning the concurrency in free-market economy and for achieving profits. The aim of this work is elaboration of the formal model which represents the supply and distribution logistic system of industrial company and on its basis creation the method of complex decision making in the considered logistic system for little and medium production companies. Additionally the useful aim of this work is elaboration of an exemplary integrated computer program application of multicriteria logistic system estimation. In this work the definition of logistic in system approach is presented. Additionally the most important decision problems which occur in logistic system of industrial company were pointed. On the basis of the system approach to the industrial logistic and with elaboration of quick reconfiguration method of the supply and distribution company system (understood as selection of logistic system elements and the running modification of supply schedule after the implementation of a new order) the methodology of multi-criteria estimation for logistic decision making process adding was utilized. The application of the elaborated configuration method, the complex evaluation of logistic solutions in the supply and distribution area and creation on its basis the computer application of logistic aided decisions have been verified on the base of medium company operative in mechanical branch.
