Przestrzeń wsi położonych w obrębie Lednickiego Parku Krajobrazowego ulega współcześnie dynamicznie postępującym przekształceniom. Teren ten w ostatnim dziesięcioleciu stał się niezwykle popularny jako miejsce stałego zamieszkania oraz rekreacji mieszkańców Poznania. Przekształcenia dotyczące układów przestrzennych wsi, sieci drogowej, pokrycia i użytkowania terenu oraz zabudowy nabierają obecnie szybkiego tempa. W obrębie wsi powstawały liczne struktury i układy przestrzenne charakteryzujące się zróżnicowaną trwałością. Identyfikacja tych układów pozwala wyróżnić elementy o największym znaczeniu dla struktury przestrzennej wsi i krajobrazu, najcenniejsze z punktu widzenia wartości historycznej, funkcjonalnej i kompozycyjnej. Oznaczenie trwałości poszczególnych typów układów przestrzennych pozwala prognozować efekty współcześnie występujących tendencji w zagospodarowaniu przestrzennym wsi oraz wytypować te układy, które wymagają szczególnej ochrony.

Space in villages located within a protected area, such as the Lednica Landscape Park, at present undergoes dynamically occurring transformations. Despite the seemingly considerable distance from the city of Poznań the areas surrounding Lednica Lake are found within the range of impact of the Poznań conurbation and urbanized areas of smaller towns such as Gniezno and Pobiedziska. In the last decade this region has become very popular as the place of permanent residence and recreation. Villages situated in the Lednica Landscape Park are subjected to strong pressure of newly constructed build-up areas. Transformations concerning spatial arrangements of villages, the road network, ground cover and land use as well as build-up areas are presently accelerated. The history of most villages in that area dates back to the Middle Ages and in this region in the course of time numerous structures and spatial arrangements of varying permanence have developed. Identification of these arrangements makes it possible to distinguish elements of highest importance for the spatial structure of villages and landscape, the most valuable in terms of their historic, functional and composition value, which in the past constituted the premise for the introduction of legal protection for this area in the form of landscape park. Determination of stability for individual types of spatial arrangements facilitates forecasts of currently observed trends in spatial management of villages and identification of these systems which require special protection.
