In the article the principles of the punctation evaluation are presented. The punctation concerns reviewed papers and scientific monographs. Reviewed papers can be published in the journals of the part "A" of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education list, other polish and foreign journals list (part "B") and in journals of the ERIH list. The punctation also covers scientific monographs, which can be published in English or in other basic language for discipline or in other language.
