W artykule opisano zastosowanie, znanej dotąd jedynie z teorii automatów, zasady charakteryzacji VA Gorbatova do rozwiązywania zagadnień praktycznych z zakresu modelowania procesów logistycznych. Przewaga zasady charakteryzacji nad znanymi modelami prognozowania liniowego, dynamicznego i innych, które do znalezienia optymalnego wariantu rozwiązania implikują konieczność generowania i oceny zbioru wszystkich możliwych rozwiązań, przejawia się w możliwości analizy konkretnych cech rozwiązań bez potrzeby ich przedmiotowej generacji. Zastosowanie zasady charakteryzacji w modelowaniu procesów logistycznych zilustrowano przykładem.

Applying a principle of characterization for the purpose of analyzing logistics processes can be simplified and fastened. Its additional attribute is the fact that it can be applied to the examination of processes for which we are able to define operation model, structure model and atomic predicate. As the example presents it, for the interpretation purposes – in the scope of characterization principles – detailed theory of forbidden, mandatory and neutral graph figures is formed which are used to homeomorphic transformations. Due to these transformations complex and expensive processes of alternative solutions testing are converted with proof of correctness of the operation. Besides, the application of solutions on the basis of algebra of logic provides the possibility of other view on research problems solution, other than applied until now and these are greatly statistic methods. They can contribute to problems identification which were not noticed by schematic of applied solutions. Despite the reality, test of new application of used solutions should be applied or the creation of new solutions for problems which can occur in dynamically changing economic reality. The theory should always be ahead of practice and indicate the improvement direction.

W artykule przedstawiono przykład modelowania procesów logistycznych. Opisano rozwiązania na bazie algebry logiki oparte o zasadę charakteryzacji V.A. Gorbatov'a. Uzyskany model pozwoli na uzyskanie wyniku w postaci rozwiązania umożliwiającego kwantyfikację zmiany wartości dodanej procesów logistycznych przed i po implementacji zintegrowanego systemu zarządzania ryzykiem.

In the paper the modeling of logistics processes’ was presented. Solutions were described on the basis of algebra of logic and the principle of V.A. Gorbatov specification. Obtained model shall allow receiving a result in a form of solutions enabling the quantification of value added change of logistics processes before and after the implementation of integrated system of risk management.
