This particular principle underscores the importance of achieving an even distribution in production to mitigate fluctuations and ensure the smooth functioning of the production process. The article delves into a comprehensive analysis of how this principle is implemented in real-world scenarios, exploring its effects on production efficiency and elucidating the advantages gained from the elimination of downtime and the prevention of excessive inventory buildup. Moreover, the article offers a discussion on examples of applications across various industries, shedding light on practical strategies for implementing the third Toyota principle. The goal is to not only optimize production processes but also enhance flexibility and adaptability to evolving demand patterns. The article concludes by examining the pivotal role of this principle within the broader context of operational excellence and the development of more efficient production systems. The research in focus centers around a company operating in the metal industry. Through the utilization of BOST questionnaire surveys, production workers within the company expressed their perspectives, revealing which factors they deemed most crucial. The analysis of research results takes various forms, including tables, histograms, radar charts, and several statistical tools. The overarching objective of this analysis is to identify and present the most critical factors by constructing significance sequences based on the obtained results. The findings obtained for small and medium-sized enterprises align with results from similar tests conducted in different business settings, indicating a level of consistency and applicability across various organizational contexts.

In the article enterprise producing different type of plastics was presented. A production process of one product was presented. Results of the BOST survey were introduced. A statistical analysis in the range of the principle 1 of Toyota was undertaken. A structure of evaluations was determined and correlation graphs presenting relations between factors and respondents’ features were built.

The organization constant improvement process is possible using a step by step method. The self-learning organization and continuous improvement of the organization's culture guarantees achievement of good market results and raising competitiveness. This paper aims to identify and analyze the ratings importance level for the production process factors in order for the manufacturing process to improve in the chosen construction company. The study used an innovative research method BOST, which refers to the Toyota management principles in the production and the service organizations. As a result of research the ratings differentiation importance level for the production process factors was achieved which provides a basis for the process of the analyzed company to improve.

In the article a risk analysis of the production process of selected products in a plant producing votive candles was conducted. The Pareto-Lorenz diagram and FMEA method were used which indicated the most important areas affecting the production of selected elements of candles. The synthesis of intangible factors affecting production in the audited company was also carried out with particular emphasis on the operation of the production system. The factors determining the validity of studies was examined, describing the principle of BOST 14 Toyota management. The most important areas of the company were identified, positively affecting the production process.

The paper uses an innovative research methodology - BOST questionnaire. Based on the questionnaire, two Toyota’s principles were evaluated. These were E2 and E2 areas. According to the results it is possible to state that the most important factors for workers are the following: customer’s good (DK), followed by product innovativeness (IP), independence and accountability of employees (SP), formation of products stockpile (PZ), cooperation with partners (WK), technology development (RT) and corporate culture care (PR).

In this chapter there were presented the characteristics of the research object (cement mill) and the description of the enterprise products. There was introduced an analysis of the results obtained on the basis of the BOST questionnaire survey and there was made a statistical analysis concerning principle 4 of the Toyota. The structure of evaluation was determined and importance series were built.
